Very aasy to assemble. Puts out plenty of heat. Had issues with one panel not fitting and a stripped bolt hole. Contacted seller. After a few emails and photos sent the seller sent a new unit. I would highly rate this seller/company for standing behind there products...

This turned out to be a very nice unit. It came well packaged with no damage. All the hardware and components were of good quality and well fitted. Instructions were fairly basic but sufficient and easy to follow. All panels and brackets were numbered. Took about 90 minutes to assemble. Had my wife hold some brackets in place while I inserted fasteners. It would be a little tricky to do parts of it without an extra hand, but not impossible I would guess. Once completed and the tank installed it fired up without a problem. Uses a AAA battery for the sparker. The glass wind break looks good and definitely needed to prevent flames from flaring if the wind comes up a little. Nice product, glad we bought it. By the way, we bought the recommended cover, but discovered that this unit comes with a nice cover, so we're returning the other one. You also don't need the extra glass beads as there is more than enough with the unit.

Looks great, comes with the most decorative rocks Ive ever seen with one of these fire pit tables. Not too hard to put together. The tank is places on a sliding drawer, and when you close it, it is the entire side panel of the table. there is about a 1 inch gap and you can see now that what looked like a stone fire place clearly is not. wish you guys could add a magnet or something to hold it closed. that is what I am going to try.

The unit was a complete disaster. All 4 sides of the faux brick was severely scuffed. A complete whole was missing in one of the parts which made the whole unit lop sided. The glass had a nice chip out of it and it was a complete mess. My husband is very mechanical and he was really frustrated. He even had to retap a hole because it wasn’t threaded properly. Had to remove burrs from the aluminum brackets from the glass assembly because they worldly fit over the glass. Most men wouldn’t know how to do this. Just an epic disaster. Reached out to the company and they only wanted to refund 30.00 and after complaining they would refund $50. It cost us $60 for shipping. Way to back your product! We did not want to ship it back and get a new one as it is so much work in our end. I would advise staying away from this product.

I assembled this myself, it was very simple. It looks great with my furniture outside & works great!

Once you can get it together and finally get it lit, it is pretty sweet. One other issue is that the corner clamps after the glue melts on the wind screen become loose and slide down.Difficult to contact manufacturer directly, and find the fire pit extremely difficult to light. Tech support is minimal and as stated before difficult to contact.I hope manufacturer reads this and at least resolve issue w wind shield and hopefully get to the bottom of the difficult starting.Followup 03/05 - Manufacturer read this, I'm pleasantly surprised, they offered a refund which I accepted, then semt another email the next day (today) asking for pictures. How do you take a picture of the ridiculous assembly or even hard starting? The clamps that hold the windguard together is pretty much self explanatory, they slid down when exposed to heat.They offered to send a full refund and now this is what they should do, rather than backtrack - their original reply to me is below. It great! The only issue was two of the slide brackets on the gas tank drawer were marked wrong and the holes would not line up until I analyzed the mistake.

Beautiful and sturdy! I absolutely love the drawer - no more reaching in to adjust the gas. The glass wind break is awesome and I am so happy that it includes the cover!
