This works well with other parts in our shower area and was easy for the plumber to install.

No Parts Available so “disposable” short term use type - RETURNEDAt first appearance this appears to be a really nice Thermostatic Diverter Valve. I am Remodeling Contractor. I have installed hundreds of kitchen, bathroom, and tub and shower faucets. All of those faucets were name brands such that I could easily get parts at the plumbing wholesaler or even at the big box stores. However, this Thermostatic Diverter Valve DID NOT come with an exploded view parts diagram listing the replacement parts. Nobody at the plumbing wholesaler sales counter ever heard of this brand much less stocked parts or knew how to get parts. So, this is essentially a one time install disposable valve when it wears out as do all such plumbing fixtures. I asked a question on the website about the availability of replacement parts and I only received a wholly unsatisfactory answer. I simply wanted an exploded view parts diagram, parts numbers, and a purchase link. I received a blather response. So you need to know that this is a nice fixture but when it eventually starts leaking water, you should plan to just replace it. I am certainly NOT going to install it in a customers bathroom remodel. I RETURNED IT DUE TO LACK OF REPLACEMENT PARTS.

These shower systems are amazing. If you're trying to decide if they are worth it, yes they are. They make showering an experience. I have three of the Qisheng shower systems and all are fantastic. The build quality is very good. They are built to last. The knob motion is very smooth. The manifold is heavy, solid brass. The face plate is thick, heavy steel. Definitely high end quality all around PROS- makes showering amazing- very soothing- great quality- built to last- solid brass manifold- smooth operating knobsCONS- none

This valve it going into one of our bathrooms which I'll remodel this summer. It will not be used until then and the best I can offer is from an inspection. I am not about to install garbage into my new remodeling job so I have inspected this diverter exceedingly well, including taking it apart to see what's actually inside and to see how well it is made.My finding are good. The backing plate is rock solid, the value itself is solid brass and the valves within are appropriate plastics, o-rings, etc.... In the future, if needed, the valving is easily accessible and the various components will be replaceable. The finish plate is of a reasonable weight stainless piece and overall I will go ahead an install this diverter.Highly Recommended.
