I use this in my coffee when I'm backpacking. I didn't like the pre-made packs of coffee/cream/sugar. The creamer in those is non-dairy. This works perfectly and tastes good too!

I wanted something less processed than the coffee creamer I was using and decided to give this a try...it worked out fine after I figured out I needed to use my small wire whisk to blend it in. It only took a few seconds of brisk whisking to get my coffee perfect...it took no longer than stirring in powdered creamer with a spoon. The taste wasn't like my powdered coffee creamer, which at first I wasn't sure of, but I decided I liked the authentic dairy taste. Another difference is after about 5 minutes my coffee had a slight skim of cream that rose to the top, but I just gave my coffee a swirl and that fixed that. The cream also worked well when I made my simple potato soup recipe, again giving it a quick whisk to blend it in.

At work, we get free Coffee,however the milk substitute is total garbage. I used to keep a container of milk or half and half in the office refrigerator. Seems the cleaning people have a personal vendetta against my milk as they keep discarding it. No, Its not my imagination!. wish they would finally get around to throwing out the the moldy three week old sandwich in there. In order to solve this problem, I store this my desk drawer with my cup and frother.The taste is OK, not terrible but not like liquid milk or light cream. Trick is to get it to desolve is to use a frother.

Delishly rich in taste..smooth.. mixes perfect and makes hot chocolate, milk shakes, richest pie filling..Having it powered you can keep it a long time and have it on hand..when your out of town guest stop by unexpected..Knowing you have on hand the best cream ever..no worry brings Joy..

Its chunky and tastes horrible. Nothing like whip cream at all. Unless you are using it in hot drinks it's disgusting like curdled milk chunks but with no flavor. Huge waste of money. Powder creamer is better than this stuff. Even with utensils and bowl chilled andvwater as cold as ice ....it wont whip.

Great option when you can't refrigerate or lug around a bottle of heavy cream this is perfect. It was delicious in my coffee. It does clup as expected but my handy frother did the trick. Great product!

It was difficult to get this product to dissolve without lumps. I tried both hot and cold water. The taste lacked richness that I expect from cream. It also had a cooked taste.
