Colored caps
If you’re looking for these to look like the advertisements and the pics that accompany the advertised items you will be highly disappointed as they DONT “ glow” blue at night nor light up . But they are not worth sending back .

"What color"
I had already bought cobalt blue metal stem covers at auto zone BUT, when I saw these (surfing for accessories 4 my "new purchase) I actually said "wow... I want those!".. I was really looking forward to the color and glow at night. They emit NO color/glow sitting there so thought maybe they needed the "wheels spinning " to generate the glow (since it wasn't doing anymore sitting there!) So I even had a friend watch/video me drive it up/down street so I could see it. BUT.... NOTHING! NOT even a miniscule hint of a glow! Granted the cost was ridiculously inexpensive; BUT, it's the principle. Judging by the other reviews (which I didn't scroll much prior to purchase) I didn't randomly get "the Duds" and the lack of any color is not an isolated case... frustrating...

Don't waste your money!
These do not work! If you are looking for a bright stem sure they look good but they do not glow in the dark so definitely a waste of money.
