Love the doors.
We couldn’t find the right size barn doors so these kits were perfect and much cheaper than from Home Depot or lowes. We painted so the gaps showed a bit but I wanted rustic look so it worked

Easy to assemble, strong door.
I have ordered two of these doors, my wife assembled the first one by herself. It is a sturdy solid wood door and after staining or painting it, I expect it to last for several years as an inside barn style door. Easy to assemle with pre-cut wood pieces that fit together well.

Started out well...
Build this door per instructions (I'm fairly skilled in construction).A few thin long wood strips (at the grain lines) needed to be lifted up & wood glued where they had separated from the door (not a deal breaker). Door was lightly sanded, primed & painted on two saw horses. When I got ready to hang the door it appeared that vertical slat panels have started to separate (and have gotten worse since these photos).Return options for a door that is already assembled and painted?Door is now firewood. What a waste of effort...DO NOT BUY!!!
