This is a fantastic product! We use it almost every day. We don't want to use our outside grill all the time because of the work involved in setting it up with charcoal, etc. So this product cooks great! we grill pork chops, hamburgers, steaks, chicken cutlets, or breast, and what a fabulous job! Minus the charcoal taste, it still grills like a champ! No smoke-filled home either! I highly recommend it to people who just want a grilled ANYTHING but don't want the mess of an outside grill, or it's way too cold outside to grill, or you live in an apartment or condo. It is also very easy to clean once you let it cool down. It comes apart for easy cleaning and it's very light.

It’s so much easier to grill burgers or dumplings or steak or hot dogs or even veggies the grease and fat does not pool like in a normal pan so there is minimal risk of popping and splattering so young teens can use this for cooking simple meals for themselves after school, giving th em confidence to explore better meals than frozen or fast food, cleaning up is a breeze and it stays at a good constant temperature and cool quickly when it’s unplugged! I recommend this to all my friends and my mother in law, lol! 10/10 would buy again

This is my third time buying this product, bought as a gift for my son , so I had to buy me one. bought a nother one as a gift and they loved it. you can cook so many different meals on it, clean up very well, the quality is excellent, sturdy, been using mine for over a year now. still work good. teriyaki chicken, grilled shrimps, steak, veggies, this grill is the bomb. I bought it because I was having a korean bbq theme birthday and it was perfect.

Much like grilling, you kind of have to guess where the temp is because there is no indicator to line up your temp control to. Other than that, this has been really nice for counter top cooking. I would have given 5 stars if it would have had a way to know what the temp is at. Very easy to clean, though and has a little kickstand to help the grease run into the catch tray. Overall, good enough for what I use it for!

My husband sadly passed away last November and he had done all our grilling on our outdoor gas grill. While I still have the grill I have been uncomfortable using it, so when a friend recently told me about this electric grill I thought I would try it, and I am so glad I did! Even if my husband were still here I would want this grill, and so would he. It doesn't matter if it's rainy or cold or terribly hot outside, you can still grill and the steak I cooked tasted exactly as the ones cooked on our gas grill, it's that good. It also allowed me to prepare the rest of my meal as the meat was cooking. It stores easily and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five on "easy to assemble" ,is because I had a little trouble attaching the knob to the lid. This grill is a keeper, and I highly recommend it.

I love it, has a little clean up but clean it while it's hot comes right off perfect for me to use on my balcony

We bought this product since we were missing our favorite KBBQ place due to the pandemic and it didn't disappoint. It is easy to clean and operate. We have used it for all proteins and veggies including corn on the cob. It has also helped us waste less fresh produce and meat. It is easy to figure out dinner when heat + meat = delicious. There is no longer that dread of what to cook or eat. We even grill fruit like mango, bananas, or pineapples for desert with ice cream. You can also get inventive and start grilling random food like cake, pickled okra, mochi on it. Believe me when I say this interactive dinner device will help you well and communicate more during dinner with family and friends as each person gets to pick, choose, and try different foods on this grill.

Unfortunately I had already thrown away the packaging before I learned the sad truth. This thing is either defective, or just an absolute piece of junk. It does not hold its heat for more than maybe a minute or two, then it shuts itself off. The only way to get it to cook is to constantly watch it and every time it shuts off, run over and turn up the heat (which will reactivate it). The problem this creates is that as it gets hotter and hotter, it will start to burn your food. At first I thought it was maybe trying to regulate itself, but it doesn't. It shuts off and stays off, only turning back on if you increase the temp. Otherwise your food just sits there, uncooked and cold. See photo for example of what I'm talking about. It's at 250 degrees but the light is off and no heat is coming off of it. Junk!Very strongly advise against purchasing this product.

very useful especially this winter time

Bought this due to the lockdown since we are not able to go into Korean BBQ restaurants at the moment. This works amazing and it heats up fairly quickly and evenly throughout the hot plate! It's great indoors because there is no flames or gas, so it's safe to use around kids and babies. The lid is super convenient to have because it reduces the smoke when covering the cooking food. It does get smokey when you take the lid off, but we just opened our windows and it quickly got rid of the smoke. It is also very lightweight so it's very easy to take it with you for camping.
