Given as a gift to a two year old. I liked the design of the animals, bright colors and easy for little hands to manipulate, A very good purchase.

First choice of toys by a 2 year old each day. Line them up or put them in the bag, put them in Duplo pens, play “What animal is big and gray?” Can’t even stack them yet so many more months of play to come.

So cute my kids play with it for hours not just stacking but in their doll houses too!

This is my favorite toy I’ve bought my boys. It’s so fun to try and balance them. My one kid likes playing with them just naming what animals he sees. It is one of the toys that keeps them occupied for longer periods of time then other toys. The wood is a thicker wood so it’s not tempting for my younger one to put in his mouth. And I feel good that it’s not toxic plastic.

The animals are nice but slippery. Due to be slippery they are hard to stack.

I don’t normally write reviews but I can’t believe this hasn’t been reviewed yet and hopefully this will help someone who is on the fence. These little animals are great! I have a 2, 4, and almost 7yo and they all love playing with these (and so do I). I would say the 4yo has spent the most time playing with them so far. There are countless ways you can stack them up and I have been using them to increase my 2yo’s vocabulary and understanding of concepts like under, over, on top, behind, in front, etc. The box they come in says “Interesting Zoo” which is a little weird, but inside is a canvas sort of bag to store them in and I think overall this item would make a great gift. They are so cute, many have little tails made out of string, and with the nice neutral colors I don’t even mind them being left out on the coffee table. I can’t yet speak to long term durability, but so far would highly recommend these!

These zoo blocks were packaged well without any issues. The carry bag provided Is not only cute but seems to be well made including the drawstring. The blocks do not have any sharp edges, the colors are bright and fun.The reason for only 3 stars (and maybe only 2) is that the cloth/rope tails are quite concerning as a choking hazard!! It’s a forgone conclusion that the babies/toddlers that will be playing with them WILL put them in their mouths and/or chew on them!!I would suggest to the manufacturer to get rid of the rope tails and redesign them into the block.
