Awesome entry to stick welding for the price. The leads are a bit short but you can always buy longer ones.It looks sketchy but if you respect the tool it will respect you.

For the price you can’t beat it. Works great for welding exhaust. Instead of paying someone I bought a welder and did the job myself.

This portable welder actually works well for smaller welding jobs. I had one of my lawnmower deck brackets break off. I was able to weld the bracket back on the deck in 15 minutes or less. Just make sure weld surface is clean and ground is secure. My electrode did not start working properly until my ground was secure and correct. I had to remove paint to establish a good ground.

I just give this to my son for his Birthday Sat April 26. I don’t work at all. Very sad I ordered it in time for it to be here. Now it’s to late for a refund are return. So I’m out the money and my sons gift sucks

Works great for a small unit

I'm not a welder but I did use this for a couple little jobs, nothing that would be a safety issue, but it does weld and will hold at least my weight as I used it to fix the frame of my computer chair. However I do not think it is as good as a normal welder but that is to be expected.
