This product is cheaply made, it literally fell apart as we were installing it. The cord just fell out of it the very first hour we got it. No satisfaction from customer service, denial of any possibility that their product could fail in this way. No resolution at this time. I am out the cost of this piece of junk and I am in some sort of auto response cycle.

Yes, it was easy to assemble, but it worked no better than the flat antenna that I had. I have never had to pay to have a product sent back. But I had to pay to send this back $22. Don't waste your money or time with this product.

I got more channels with a coat hanger

I can only get 4 PBS stations even though I’m only 70 miles south of Lexington, Ky. Can you help troubleshoot if I should be getting more channels. These stations are clear but no local networks come in.

I did not like one tiny piece of this product. It was like a toy. I sent back and received credit immediately.
