I started using this when I stopped buying pre-made pre-workout mixes and started putting together my own supplement stack. The value on this product is good, and I appreciate the reasonably hight dosing on the capsules. Sometimes I take them in capsule form, and sometimes I pop them open into my drink. Both methods work well.

I usually take the powder form if another brand. I noticed with the Double Wood capsules I need to take a higher dosage to feel the tingle. But I do not feel nausea when taking capsules. Sometimes with the powder form, you can feel nauseated if you dont take enough carbs with it.Overall, either form seems to do what I expect for my body.

Beta-Alanine helps my muscles not feel the normal soreness after working. Last time working outside was pretty rigorous, and normally would have taken me down for a few days. Before going outside to work recently, I took 2 capsules of Beta-Alanine (I normally take 1), and I got a slight, barely perceptible, tinge of soreness, then it went away very quickly, as in less than an hour or two. I am so grateful for the effect because frequently the soreness and ache would keep me awake at night if I didn't a NSAID, and I would hurt for 2 or 3 days. Everyone's body is different, but it is definitely worth a try. It worked for me, and I am so happy to have found it!

I really enjoyed these Beta Alanine caps. I take them about 30 minutes before the gym and once I get there, I notice that my endurance for both cardio and weight lifting increases quite a bit. Definitely helps with pump and pushing through plateaus. Thanks for the great product!
