Easy on the stomach
I have been struggling with low iron and decided to try this product. They aren’t the best tasting but they don’t have the negative effects that the pills do. My iron levels have increased a lot in the 2 months I have been taking them.

Nasty taste
Not only does it taste and smell like dog food (labeled mixed berry) but you have to take 3 of them a day?? Just get iron pills instead of chewables, swallow once and you’re done

Seems to be working
They seem to give me more energy and I feel like I look less pale at first the taste was doable but now it’s hard to swallow but I’m going to continue with them. I do get constipated with them but it’s working that’s all I needed them to do
