Though they may intend this spatula for smash burgers, I discovered that it’s absolutely PERFECT for moving large amounts of stir fry, french fries, veggies, hash browns, scrambled eggs, etc. on my griddle.Nothing can fall off because of the three wall design so it’s quick and super easy to shift food around to the higher or lower temperature zones as needed.This spatula is extremely well made, ultra durable, very comfortable in my medium sized hands, cleans up easily, and so, I’ll never use anything else. AND, for its very low price, it’s a STEAL for such high quality.

Extremely useful on a griddle...

I didn't pay super close attention before ordering, make sure you check the size - its Huge! that can be a plus or minus depending on what your take of it is.I am enjoying it as there are times when I struggle to get food off the flat skillet like piles of egg fried rice, this will make it a quick and easy task!Construction seems good and its stainless, did not see any lack of quality. The handle is particularly big to make it easy to hold. The handle has a large hole for hanging, which is nice as I have a hook grid and need that big hole.

Love the large size of this scoop. I use it for everything (other than fried eggs) on the Blackstone--it's especially handy for fried rice and potatoes. The food stays in the scoop, making it easy to transfer to a serving dish and it's large size means you only need to scoop 2 or 3 times and you are done. So glad I bought this...saves lots of time and keeps me from making a mess, because the rice stays in the scoop.

Now who hasn’t sat and struggled to get all of their food off of the blackstone quick…ya, that was me with rice and other small foods before I got this shovel. I think every store should sell them. This one is plenty big enough for my 36” Blackstone without being too big either. It is sturdy and you can really pile the food on. My only complaint is I didn’t buy one sooner. This thing rocks!

I purchased this to use on my BlackStone and it works great for scooping up stir fry’s or any other loose foods (French fries, tater tots, etc,). It is not quite as sturdy as I was hoping, so avoid using it to scrape up stuck on food (generally not a problem if your surface is seasoned well).

I have had this for over a year with no issues, seems well made, the only thing I was iffy on was that the corners are open for draining which is nice - but also allows for dripping off the corners if you scoop something juicy up - just a heads up on that. Has not been an issue but I almost didnt order it because of that thought.

This thing makes cooking on the blackstone much easier, great for cooking for big parties.
