I bought these to use as a breading station. One for flour, one for egg, one for breading mixture & one for breaded items waiting to be fried. They work perfectly, a very workable size. It’s cut down on the mess, waste & clutter of breading on plates. Plus they fit my steam pans, which is why I chose these as opposed to other breading sets offered on Amazon. 2 birds, one stone. They cleanup easily, dishwasher safe if you can get them to fit. Plus they’re oven safe too, so multi-use! I chose wisely ;-)
