This is the first time buying or using a ear cleaning device, so I was a little leary of it. However, it's super easy to use and incredibly gentle. It's not blasting at your inner ear which is what I was afraid of. It did clean out my ear which was having a blockage issue and causing me discomfort. It will definitely become a regularly used item for me.One thing to note, and it's why I brought it down by a star. The manufacturer has done something to it that makes you use the USB C cable they provide. I tried multiple different cables in multiple different outlets and none of them would charge the device. The cable they include works no problem. So, don't lose that cable!

This is my first time using this product. It does exactly as it says. I had surgery so I was only allowed to take baths. My ear was hurting and I noticed a lot of wax. I used this and wow the wax it got out of my ear. I am very pleased with the product. The only draw back is where you add water could be bigger. It ran out of water fast. Over all it was easy to use. It is worth the money. Seems to be sturdy and durable!

The day I received this ear cleaner, I immediately charged it up and used it to clean out both ears. After four tanks I was thoroughly impressed. The drained water had obvious wax in it, and after checking my ear with a camera scope, about 90% of my wax buildup was gone. I loved it.However, after emptying the tank and recharging the device, it no longer works. It'll power on, and you can hear the motor running, but only an anemic dribble comes out of the tip. I used distilled water that had been gently warmed, checked the tank, the hose, and the changed the tip, but still no love. Looks like these aren't so durable. If it was less expensive I might be willing to give a replacement a shot, but not at this price.

The device is easy to use with two ways to fill other tank, also saves money so I don't need to go to an ENT to get my ears cleaned. As someone with a history of excessive wax build up and learning the hard way to not clean my ears with q tips, this device is worth every bit it's weight in gold.

I always cleaned my ear with swabs and every day there was wax. It's been two weeks since the one and only time I used this unit and every day I checked my ears with a swab and there has been no wax. Now I'll stop using those swabs and trust that the Wush is getting the job done!

For the lonest time I've been using one of those camera scoop tools that connects to your phone to clean my ears. Figured this would work better. I used the camera to check my ears first and then cleaned each of them twice with the wush. It did get most of the ear wax out. There was some residue that scooped out the normal way but overall I'm impressed with this.Getting the proper angle while holding the cup and pushing buttons has a little bit of getting use to but overall not bad. I didn't notice anything really in the cup so I didn't think it worked at all. Almost all the wax was gone though except for a small spot that I missed with the jet I'm assuming. 4 stars overall just because its a little hard to use with the cup. Maybe in the shower its easier but with nothing to cover the charging port, I wouldn't do it with the shower running.

I’ve found it to be great for ear wax build up. If you have impacted wax…you may need the special ear solution from the pharmacy, but the Wush will work. My ears felt remarkably fresh for about a week after the first use (but everyone’s ears produce wax at a different rate). The device itself feels premium and the knob bends for storage. The tips spray the water at angles to avoid straight damage to your ear (seems to be unique to the Wush). I’d recommend…definitely easier than a trip to Doctor’s office.

It helps to use mineral oil in your ears nightly for several nights to soften any ear wax first. It took several times using the Wush but it worked!!

I was skeptical at first, because obviously you don't want to damage the ear. But this device is easy to use and it works well. Now I don't have to go to my doctor, which is such a time saver.Updated review:I used it a couple times more and this time I kept the drain plugged to see if anything was coming out of my ear. The water coming out was basically completely clean, suggesting that nothing was actually being cleaned out. I didn't FEEL much of a difference either, so that explains it.
