Rattles and was noisy
While it fit and seemed to work in my 39000 PS2, the holes that secured it to the frame were much larger than the original part and so it rattled and made even more noise than the stock fan I was looking to replace for a more quiet one.

Easy to install and fits
Our son had purchased a PS2 system to replace one that had totally died. The replacement system's cooling fan would only run 30% of the time, so we ordered this one. The fan does exactly match the size of the original and so far has run fine.

Great replacement part (PS2 - 5000X FAT)
Great replacement fan for PS2 FAT 5000X series. The Install process was easy and quick. My PS2 doesn’t have to sound like a jet engine anymore.
