Plenty of familiar songs
Nice addition to my sheet music collection. I really need to add the 1.5 fret on my Dulciborne. The songs that have the 1.5 sound a little off. I’m happy with these tabs.

Good selection of songs
Looking forward to practicing and learning new songs. Many are familiar. That should make playing them easier.

1+ fret required for some.
Purchased for the more current song selection. Found the 16 of the songs require 1+ fret. Some of the instructions are confusing. Need someone to question. Maybe by trial and error I’ll figure it out because of familiarity with the tume

Love this!
I am a product of the 60's and 70's and was so excited to see this book come out. I play and teach dulcimer and after awhile traditional songs need to be shelved and play something more current. Steve did a beautiful job of tabbing this out for beginnings to advanced. I make my students buy this book for variety. Most of them prefer to play these songs rather that the other ones.

Wonderful selection of songs
Steve has filled this with a great variety of more contemporary songs than usual in the Mountain Dulcimer realm while keeping each very well moderated for a variety of skill levels. When is the next series of song coming out?

Great for beginners
My sister and I decided we would learn to play a dulcimer. We bought a few beginner books but wanted some song books as well. This one has easy play songs and some that are more challenging. Glad we got it.
