It sits on the floor. Nothing to install. We love ours.

Don't know about a Siena, but I love it in my Grand Caravan.

Q: What are the physical dimensions?

The maximum dimensions in each direction are 14.75 in high, 27 in long, and 8.5 in wide.

Q: How do you get replacement parts? One of my cup holders was cracked on arrival. No one has contacted me back.

I've never tried to find parts for my console. But, I did use JB Weld to repair a crack in the hinge area. It did fix the problem and works just fine. As for returning it, well, I've never dealt with Amazon on returns. In fact, I don't really buy much from them. I hope this helps. Andrew
