Amazing customer service! But unfortunately, quality of glass screen is low standard
.... Compared to any phone on the market within the last 10 years. For instance my old cracked blue G9 phone the screen even though it is cracked from drop is silky smooth finish that never scratches. Upon opening the box after I received it minuscule dust particles from with inside the box attached to the screen's face and smudged and scratched the surface of it leaving a dull finish. And the light quality , and color clarity of the screen projection is very poor. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the customer service was extremely helpful and answered my questions within the same day. But, unfortunately the product is low quality and that is just honesty, which I think all review should be.

Not That Impressed
This tablet takes a very long time to start up. It kept stopping and I needed to restart it to often.

For the price of the tablet it really is a good tablet had a few issues setting it up, the one thing that I'm not happy with is it is supposed to have a Sims card & it didn't come with the tablet & now I'm having a issue about getting a sim card. Check the tablet before you assume its there like I did,other than thst its definitely worth it

All the features except two.
This product had everything I wanted in a phablet, including an ingenious case. The reason I returned it is the unconventional holes in the body of the unit that are supposed to hold the SIM and SD cards. The ones I used in a previous model by this manufacturer would not work. It came with no instruction on using these slots and I could find no video instruction on line. Too bad, I really wanted it.

Pros and cons after a couple weeks
I tested out this tablet for a couple weeks. It's okay if you're on a budget and want a tablet to browse the news or play games, but personally I wouldn't use this because I'm a content creator (i.e. it might be okay for personal everyday use for you but just not for me). I found it helpful that it comes with a case and screen protector (already adhered onto the tablet) and came fully charged out of the box. It was easy to connect and setup, and comes preloaded with a bunch of Google apps. Also once you log into your Google account once it'll automatically sync with all of the Google apps, which is handy. Sometimes it'll run slow, but overall it's okay.

Not compatible with AT&T
The listing says it's unlocked and, in the faq, the seller listed all the 4g bands that are supported.These bands include what AT&T supposedly uses, but even if it's unlocked, AT&T says it's not compatible with their network based on IMEI.I dunno if they just tell people that off brand devices don't work or if they physically don't work, but they wouldn't even let me sign up for their tablet plan with this number to find out.I bought it specifically to sign up for their tablet plan. Fortunately, the number is on the box so I didn't have to open it to try signing up.As for the performance of the tablet itself, I don't know.The box looks right and the info on the box is right. If you've got a compatible carrier, then it's probably as good as advertised.Check YouTube for reviews of actual performance. There are a couple of helpful ones.

Do they sell a case with a handle ?
Really slow boot up, other than that, it's good for useing at work. I wish they sold a case for it.
