I went through many fountains on Amazon and listened to their sounds. I was only willing to buy one that had an accompanying video with the sound that the fountain made. Well this makes no sound at all. I have even purchased beads and added additional rocks trying to create a sound. I would definitely return if I still had the packaging.

I like the size and the look of it, however, I thought the sound of the water would have been more impactful, as I could hardly hear it. I know the intention was that you are not disturbed but it could have been a bit more audible. Happy that I got several more stones than what was shown in the pic, so I placed some in the jars as well.

The fountain works fine but the light aspect is barely noticeable.

I am truly not upset as this was very cheap but it did not work. Even the instructions state that customers tend to have an issue with the pump that pushes water through the top of the fountain and how to trouble shoot this. Well, the trust is that even with trouble shooting it just simply does not work. The product is cheap and to avoid further frustration, I just threw mine away. If you want some decor in an office or at home then this is alright at best but it certainly isn’t “fountain,” material. Don’t waste your time and go with something more authentic and pay the better price.

Tried everything suggested in troubleshooting but cannot get the water to come bubbling up. The light works though, but it's the water that I wanted to see :( Very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I can stare at this for hours so easy to put together and very quite, love the stones it came with it’s literally perfect

After just two days, the darn thing broke! No sound coming from the waterfall!!

No problem putting it together-a child can do it-The sound is of a tiny water fall and goes through a full load of water every 3 daysVery happy for the price👍
