I searched vigorously for a pearl set with 14k gold, and found this set. I absolutely love this pearl set. The pearls are beautiful and excellent quality. I receive lots of compliments whenever I wear them. I feel like such a Southern Belle when I wear them. I was heartbroken when my necklace recently broke. I contacted The Pearl Source to inquire about repairs. I was assisted by Celene, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless return experience. I just sent my necklace off for repairs today. I'm super excited and cannot wait to receive it so I can resume wearing it. I will provide an update once I receive the repaired necklace.Update as of August 11, 2020 and the rating drastically dropped from a 4 to 1 star, due to mediocre customer service. The one star is for the beauty and quality of the pearl set. During my initial conversation with Celene, I was promised a complimentary pair of pearl stud earrings, for the lack of service I received from the first representative that assisted me. I sent the necklace to TPS to be repaired as mentioned and they did a nice job on the repairs. After I confirmed TPS received my necklace via USPS tracking, I sent Celene a follow up email regarding a status update of the repairs. I never received a response. Finally, I received my necklace, the complimentary earrings were not included. The original box the I sent to them (per their instructions), was not returned to me. I bought a pearl set, therefore my box should have holes to accommodate a necklace, earrings and bracelet. They sent me a crappy box that only holds the necklace. Crappy because it literally fell apart within one week of receiving it. To top it off, they do not send customers pre-paid postage via email as most companies do, I had to pay for priority shipping to CA from DC out of pocket. For all of this, I would have rather taken it to a local jeweler for repairs. Buyer beware! I will never purchase or send my necklace to them for repairs, again!

I have been looking for pearls this size and these are lovely! The pearls are just right for my neck and the bracelet is right for my wrist too! The pearl earrings look nice on as well! I would recommend this to anyone who does not like big pearls but prefer a dainty but eloquent look. I am a satisfied customer!

I ordered a set of pearls for a co-worker’s retirement and mistakenly received the wrong box.I called and spoke to Leon who promised to send me the correct box via Fed Ex 2nd Day-Air.True to his word, I received the box the day before my co-worker’s last day.I can’t stress strongly enough how kind, patient and understanding Leon was to me and to my situation.Incredibly honest and unequaled customer service!And the pearls were BEAUTIFUL!!!

These are beautiful pearls, which is what is ultimately important. They have a gorgeous luster. The 17" necklace is pretty small so for someone with a thicker neck this is going to hang like a choker. However, the presentation box is horrible as someone else stated. I'm embarrassed to use it to present as a graduation gift to my daughter. Also, the certificate of authentication did not come with the pearl set. Will request that from the company right away. But as for the pearls themselves I am not disappointed.

This was a gift for my daughter who is graduating from college in two weeks. My husband and I wanted to get her something that she would have for the rest of her life. We gave them to her already and she absolutely loved them and said that every time she wears them she will think of us and her wonderful experiences at Iona College.

Bought this set for my daughter to wear on her wedding day. The set is beautiful and just the color I was trying to find.

I opened the box and they where laying all over. The earrings. The pearl came off the stud. I will give to my wife because there is not enough time to send them back and get new ones. I will have her send back and purchase from a different company.
