Solid magnifier choice!
I was sent this M40 3x magnifier by Feyachi for purposes of review. I am in no way affiliated with Feyachi or any other brands they work with. This is an unbiased review. This flip to side magnifier is very well built. I've used other magnifiers in the past, some cheap and some expensive, and this magnifier is comparable to higher end magnifiers. For comparison I currently own a Vortex VMX-3T flip to side 3x magnifier (a $199.99 item on amazon)The M40 comes with a small plate which raises the optic slightly. This helps compatability with different sized red dot optics. For those taller optics (such as a T1 on a riser) you would need to use a seperate rail riser. This is unlike the VMX-3T, which sits high but has no way of being lowered. The windage and elevation knobs on the M40 work very well. The caps have a small ridge which can be used to adjust the knobs instead of a flathead screwdriver or a coin. I found this to be very easy as you get extra grip from the knurling on the knob caps. The Vortex magnifier falls short here, requiring a rather small flathead screwdriver. The flip to side mechanism on the M40 is very easy to actuate. I positioned the optic so the button is on the right side and away from me. A simple pull back with my right hand and the magnifier can be moved. The Vortex magnifier works in a similar way however the button is slightly harder to actuate. The M40 is quite a bit shorter in length than the VMX-3T. I've found this to be preferable on almost every gun I tried it on. The only gun I preferred the Vortex on was an M249 which has a built in rear sight. Because of this I was not able to get good eye relief with the m40. The longer VMX-3T sits over the rear sight, allowing the proper distance from the eye.The M40 glass is crystal clear. Definitely looks like high quality glass. The VMX-3T is honestly not as clear but that may be due to its age and level of use.All in all the M40 is a great magnifier which out shines another big name brand magnifier at half the cost. Definitely worth every penny.

Surprisingly awesome
I was honestly very surprised by this entire product, while not necessarily name brand, you wouldn't guess it by the quality. Pros:1. The glass clarity was superb and has fantastic eye relief2. Very small and lightweight while still having all of the functionality of a full size magnifier3. Windage and elevation adjustments work great and enable you to center your reticle as you please4. Comes with additional plate to change between lower 1/3 and absolute co-witness heights5. Flip to side function works as expected, solid mount that locks where you expect it toCons:1. As most of these magnifiers are, flips to left natively which for a right handed shooter obstructs view; however can still be swapped around while obviously not designed for such2. Haven't had much of a chance to get out and field test however so far has been a fantastic choice, particularly for the money!

Good product for low price
I was sent this product by feyachi to review and this is 100% my opinion on this product.I was very pleased with how clear the lens was and how versatile the mount was, you can choose which way the magnifier flips, and you can adjust the zoom. It comes with a small riser mount if you have a higher optic, but i didn’t need to use it with my sig sauer Romeo 5 red dot. The housing of the magnifier seems very durable and I don’t see any reason it won’t be able to take a drop. The mounting screw was a little loose when tightening by hand so I used an adjustable wrench to secure it a little more, my advice to feyachi is to change up the way it secures onto a rail. But other than that very solid product for low price!!! Other cheaper 3x are about $300 and are way bigger/ heavier. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Awesome product
This magnifier is GREAT! It comes very well packaged with foam cut outs to fit snugly and will not get damaged during shipping. I have it on a ar15-22 pistol and love it. Very clear lenses. Easy to mount. Comes with the tools and screws to mount also comes with a wedge to raise higher if needed. When flipped into position it locks into place and does not move at all. I thought it was going to be a lot heavier then it is. Such a great product I love it!

Locking mechanism broke
This product is a very well built optic. The locking mechanism is very fragile so I would plan on leaving it engaged so you shoot with the 3x magnifier all the time. Also locktite all your screws when you put them in. They will become loose very easily. Also use personal her screw driver the included one is fragile and will break before you tighten the screws down properly

Excellent quality and value
Always skeptical when it comes to budget options but roll the dice now and again and I’m glad that I did for this magnifier. Nice clear glass, super compact and lightweight and it looks fantastic on my ZPAP M70 from Zastava. Buying another one right now for my AUG to replace the Tacticon one I bought last year that lost its retention on the flip feature almost immediately, won’t have that problem with this magnifier as it’s a bit stiff but I’d rather have it stiff than flopping around all over my rail like the Tacticon one does, by far a substantially better unit than I imagined it would be and worth more than the sale price which equates to a stellar value. Well done.

Good optics, great addition if you already have a red dot sight or a non magnified site
Wrote a review previously, but it seems like it broke the rules due to the pictures. This was a very easy to install addition to my rifle with a red dot sight. Be sure to mouth the sight as far forward as comfort allows to have room for the magnifier, and make sure you set it to flip towards the eye you use to aim with (typically dominant eye) as you will want it to not obstruct your other eye when you are looking around for your target with both eyes open.Installation was simple and took a whole 5-10 minutes. Easy to use, very well made. Good optics quality. Highly recommend
