I bought this unit for a back up and or additional one for my travel trailer since the 15,300 BTU that came with my trailer couldnt keep up with the heat in summertime when it got above 92°. This unit along with original in my travel trailer kept things livable in the extreme summer heat. Well worth the investment.Easy to install but must use a seperate 20 amp breaker. Wont work without tripping breaker if plugged into same breaker the travel trailer is running off of. Ran seperate cord thru bottom corner of slide out to seperate 20 amp breaker at power pole. Unit puts off alot of heat when running but that all comes out thru the 6" exhaust duct supplied with unit designed to run thru small window. I used a 1 gallon water jug to catch condensate and dumped it out daily to avoid drilling a hole thru wall or floor to run the condensate drain line thru.

Pros: cools very, very well! Easy to install, move around, doesn't take up nearly as much space as my old air conditioning unit.Cons: after a few uses, it makes weird water/dripping noises. No leaks, but it does get loud. I read online that it is the condensing part getting rid of moisture.

This thing is a total dumpster fire. First of all it doesn't come with a water reserve so you are forced to drain it with a hose, second of all it needs to be emptied every 15 minutes and third of all the hose is a POS and the plates it shipped with don't hook into it properly. Stoked to dump water on my floors or down the side of my house because I want some cold air from time to timeDO NOT BUY IT, SPEND THE EXTRA 30$ AND GET ONE THAT DOESNT NEED THE HASSLE OF WATCHING IT

I ordered two of these units. One for me and one for my son. They were easy to install and did a great job cooling his studio apartment and my bedroom. When my son’s unit had an issue I was put in touch with the seller. They were quick to offer a replacement at no cost to me. I was very impressed by their handling of our problem and glad to get a replacement because the air conditioners really saved us during the hot summer.

R.W.FLAME - first time user, lifetime Nuttin' but Love! After I hit the "BUY" button in amazon, they realistically predicted 7-10 days for delivery. These guys (item was from San Bernadino, CA) printed the label same day, they shipped it to FedEx next day, and we got it in two days!! The local four day forecast was for 106 and 112 degrees (moving unfortunately is not an option). NOW the 90 degree "supercave" in the upstairs bedroom where we live, is now the "Ice house" and happy wife, happy life. I'm crazy about R.W.FLAME and your dedications to US... the customer. Product works fine and is strong. Better for larger rooms and is too strong for my room though.I cannot return product. It says before purchasing that I can return it though. Honestly go to Home Depot or something.
