Burlap-type fabric
I wouldn't call this a soft fabric. It's more like canvas or burlap but it does feel sturdy for a throw pillow. I used inserts from IKEA, which were oversized for the pillow cover, but it makes the throw pillows thick and fluffy. I wouldn't sleep on these pillows, but they're great for decoration or using as support. The background print is more of a soft cream color than white.

Great! Used as decorative pillow
I used a pillow insert from Amazon that matches the cover size and it all fit perfectly. These made great decorative pillows for our guest bed. The material is great quality and holds up well during washing. Happy with this purchase and the appearance.

So cute
I purchased this pillow cover for my mom when she went into Memory Care. She had cat bedding and when I saw this pillow, I knew it would be perfect for the new reading chair in her room. I wasn't sure what to expect since it was quite inexpensive, but was delighted when it came. It's very sturdy burlap/canvas fabric...not soft though, so if you want a soft fabric you might want a different cover. Any cat lover should be thrilled to receive this adorable cover.

Fits over average outdoor pillow!
Updated review - July 2024When these pillows are in direct sunlight, they did start to fade. I am going to spray a protectant on it to keep it from fading on the other side to see if that helps!I love the design, colors, & it fit over my old outdoor cushions. I hope they last me a few years!

Bought the wallpaper to match
The pillow covers are made from durable fabric and the print quality is excellent. I also purchased the matching wallpaper to create an accent wall. I’m incredibly pleased with the result.
