ToughBuilt 9-in Magnetic Billet Torpedo Level - (TB-H2-L-9T-M)

I already had serveral hand levels when I bought this and this quickly became my favorite one to use. It's milled from a single solid piece of aluminum. Not thin i-beam aluminum or multiple pieces of plastics. One hefty piece. The magnets are strong and mounted mounted slightly recessed so it doesn't make contact with surfaces. This prevents rubbing and damaging the magnets over time. Also fits nicely onto pipes. You normally don't get this kind of build quality at this price.

It works good, has bright bubbles that are easy to read, light weight and good size. Only downside is the magnets could be stronger

Came in handy for my small projects. Very sturdy. I have eyesight issues and this was easy to read because the lines and numbers on the measuring part of the level are not small.

I love the design of this level, it’s rugged and the the measurements on the side are great, but unfortunately the magnets are just not strong enough when I’m bending conduit with it it moves around and falls off.

All of my other rare earth magnet levels are difficult to remove from my metal tool box this one comes of easy will probably fall off of thinner metalVials are very easy to read and has a horizontal through level visible from all 4 sides

I checked the bubbles at zero, 90 45 and 30 and all were center or very close. The iron table I used is off about 1/16th bubble and when the level was rotated the bubble was the same each way. The square I used I know is off about .004" over 18". The two 12" triangles I used are off less than .002". Might not be as good as my machinist level, this is not a $200 level.The magnets are more than sufficient to hold this in place at any flat or pipe. They are on the grooved side. The groove is wider than normal and flat bottomed. The wide groove is nice for larger pipe however the smallest diameter it will hold is 35/64". If you need a groove for 1/2" tubing you might want to consider a different level. This does not affect me. I'm keeping it. I like this one enough I bought their 360° pocket level.

After years of using cheap plastic torpedo levels, I finally upgraded to this full metal body one and am a big fan. Of course it adds some weight to my tool belt, but knowing that my level is durable and thus much more reliable makes the extra weight well worth it.

A sturdy level with good magnets. My coworker had one so I bought one and liked it so much I bought our apprentice one. Great for steel or pipe work.
