Excellent, high-quality tool.
This tool is very well built. Like some have said, the wing nut type fasteners can be a little annoying at times, but it's not a fault as much as it is simply a cost for the convenience of wing nuts. The center driving bolt has a 13mm hex head (if I remember correctly - it was the same as the nut on a 2015 Chevy Sonic rear wiper). The ends of the wing-tip bolts have a nice steel ball bearing termination, which makes them easy to tighten and they don't damage the tool when you tighten them down. The tip of the press is actually a metal oxide coated steel cap, which slides over the end of the driving bolt. The tip of the driving bolt has a ball bearing termination similar to the wing nut fasteners. This design allows the cap to rotate, and makes turning the driving bolt very easy even when there is high tension. When the cap is not pressed against the wiper stud, it is held in place by an o-ring on the driving bolt. The two different tips are great. One allows for access in really tight spaces, and the other provides a nice, wide surface area that pulls on the wiper arm.I used this to remove the rear wiper arm on a 2015 Chevy Sonic. It made the job simple and easy, and I'm glad to have purchased a quality tool. Worth every dollar.

Pulls out a 2017 Ford Edge rear wiper arm out with ease!
Had to help someone fix a broken rear wiper arm (the arm was gone, but the piece attached to the actuator remained) for their 2017 Ford Edge Sport. Bought a Lisle Puller at local auto parts store and unfortunately it didn't do the job; the length was simply too short to reach below and under the wiper arm and the length of puller's center piece where you tighten it did not have enough room to thread-in for my application. The great thing about this particular puller is the customization option; you can swap out the arms between narrow or wider ends that are long enough to reach the bottom piece of the wiper piece, then tighten. Once that's done, you simply use a 13 mm socket and ratchet the dang thing off. In my case, the puller did destroy the plastic (it was getting replaced anyway, and it was done in the dead heat of summer) but it was enough to finally pry the piece loose thanks to the crazy amount of Locktite someone placed on the threads. Finally got to replace the arm, and it's good as new.I think I'll end up keeping this in case I come across other occasions because the build has a nice weight and was sturdy enough to do the job. You never know when you'll need something like this in the future, as most DIY/master/amateur mechanics would agree.

Fits 2014 Odyssey Wiper Arms
It takes some maneuvering to get both arms in position, but once on a few turns popped arms! This tool is expensive, but it works well.

Did not work for my 2018 Panamera but well made
This is about the most heavy duty puller I found, but it did not work for me. The ears on the bottom of the jaws do not extend out far enough to get under the bottom of the wiper arm base. At that point they drag and damage the aluminum wiper arm. I would guess this won't work on any similar year VW/Audis either.

Easy to place and Very sturdy
I had to remove a stuck wiper arm and ordered all the Pullers available on Amazon. No question this one is the bestWhen the other ones bend and their aluminium gets chipped by the rod they push on, this one pulls effortlessly without any flex.I’ll keep this one and return all the other ones

This tool works like a charm.
I had to replace my rear wiper motor on a 2011 Ford Escape. To do the job the rear wiper arm has to be removed. I have done this job once before and broke the arm off trying to get it off. The arm cost $50.00 to replace. I took the gamble and purchased this too for under $40. It paid off! The arm popped off in a heartbeat. I’m sure I will use this again in the future as it is a well made tool. Thanks!

Life Saver
Needed this tool for less than 2 minutes but it's now a permanent part of my collection. The two arm widths make it great for both front and rear wiper arm removal. Great value and well worth it for the work, time and damage potential it saves you.

Worked perfectly
Bought these for removing the rear windshield wiper on a 2010 Ford Escape XLT. Worked perfectly. Popped the old wiper unit right off. I may not use this tool all the time, but it sure is handy to have in the old tool collection for when I need it.

Solid and effective
I was reluctant to pull the trigger on these due to cost but I'm glad I did. They got the wiper arms off my Land Rover Discovery 4 with no issues at all. While they are probably one of the more expensive set of wiper arm pullers on the market - incidentally they look identical to the Laser ones you can get on Halfords for £70!! - they work a treat. Sturdy construction and easy to use, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these pullers to anyone looking for something a bit more heavy duty.In conclusion, yes they're expensive but they work and quite often, it would seem, where lesser wiper arm pullers have failed. I guess you get what you pay for and you'll always have them in the toolbox for a rainy day.

Puller works!
My Saab 9-5's wipers had never been pulled in +18 years to my knowledge. They were extremely hard to budge and gave the impression of being almost welded. This worked a treat, albeit a little tight on the driver's side due to the bonnet. Other pullers I tried were simply not up to the job and some actually fell apart. This is a design they got just about right in my opinion. The top tighteners are a little fiddly and its legs can be a little long, but otherwise works great. An optional product would/should have slightly shorter 'legs'. Given how well this works it leads me to wonder how other manufacturers have got it so wrong.
