Incredible instrument!!
Absolutely amazing instrument! The BTB805MS is an outstanding beast of a bass. The tones are incredible. The craftsmanship is over the top. It came with perfect intonation and in perfect half-step flat tune. Color me impressed. There is not a bad thing about it. I have been playing for almost four decades and have never played an instrument I enjoyed more than this sweet Ibanez bass. Thank you for that! If you're on the fence about getting one, just stop right now and get one.

Best multiscale for the price
It's a great instrument. 4 stars because mine needed a lot of extra work to get it playable (neck bowed so far back it was almost unable to straighten it. Frets needed filedto prevent cuts). That's on ibanez and the shop that shipped. After a luthier visit, it is my best bass.

Awesome bass
This bass is pretty awesome. I can dial in any number of tones depending on my mood. It feels good in my hands and it's not too heavy. The major drawback is that the fretwork finish leaves something to be desired. On the top of the neck the frets feel fine but on the bottom they are sticking out a little bit and they weren't rounded off at all. Not the biggest deal but something to think about.
