My kids ripped a hole in my weight bench and I had covered it with duct tape for the longest time. I finally decided to try a real solution and the fine grained black worked wonders! It was easy to cut and seems sticky enough to last—we will see with time. It looks great! You can hardly tell—I just wish I had filled the hole with some foam first. See if you can tell which side has it and which doesn’t.

This is a great affordable leather repair product, it went on smoothly, matched pretty well, though I probably should've gotten the espresso darker brown color instead of the dark brown, it still looks fantastic. I have a nephew that repairs car interior and he loved how well it applied and looked. We were given a VERY nice leather couch and then we rescued some cats and they just love putting their claws into the leather back-corner and it was time to repair it. Of course the cats already started clawing at it again, the adhesive is great so far, it's not coming off or rolling from the sides, we have it applied to the back corner of the couch, so the tape adhesive isn't being stressed so I don't know how well it would work on a seat, with all the pulling stress on the adhesive, but I was very satisfied w/it. I recommend it if you want a cheap leather fix, looks pretty good and it was an easy application.

Surprisingly nice quality and great adhesive. Easy installation as well even wrapping around corners. I used at the bottom of a motorized ottoman and have no issues.

I bought this to repair an office chair that was peeling its original faux leather. For some reason it was peeling on the headrest. Other areas are starting to wear as well so this roll should come in handy for those repairs down the road. As you can see from the picture, the repair turned out really well. I did cut the sheet to fit in between the stitches and also to length. I did use a ruler and speed square to make straight lines along with a utility knife.The grain on the patch is fairly typical of leather or faux leather products. I tried to take an up close pic so you can see the texture/grain.It is fairly supple -- not glove leather but not plastic hard vinyl . It is fairly thick. This goes on like a large sticker. The adhesion is very strong so try to get it right the first time. I peeled a little on the end to set it then went little by little making sure it was going on straight.Overall, great product that looks nice and brought some life back to an otherwise good chair.
