The texture of the product is very tender, soft, and juicy. I love the smell of the beef sausage. The quality of the product is excellent. The size of the product is great. It was definitely worth the money to purchase this product.

A lovely , well priced sausage that is tasty and easily stored. Cut off slices and snack or chop up some slices and throw it into an egg dish for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, s snack with crackers and cheese, or for a dinner entree with rice or potatoes.
