These are awesome! Interactive learning
I am in love with these activities and English practice cards. Part of my family lives in the United States. I bought these cards to help my children close the language gap with their cousins in Texas. We have been using the cards for months while we practiced weekly phone calls and the children are feeling more comfortable. I attribute it to the activities. I love that the device clearly says the words to repeat. The quality of the cards and the device is durable. My children haven't broken it. There are more than 200 words on the site that cross 12 different topics. This wide variety has greatly developed its vocabulary. The images on each card help to establish the connection to understand the word in both languages. I really love how portable this is too.

Clearly not actually English-based
So, ultimately, I wish I’d have looked around for whatever the English original version of this product is. This one is “Bilingual” English-Chinese…and I’m all for kids learning another language, but that really isn’t marketed for this product until you scroll a ways down, and then it’s mentioned in passing. And if I had a choice, Chinese would not be the dual language that I would pick off the bat. This, coupled with the clearly mislabeled cards and category names that an English speaker wouldn’t use (“costumes” vs “clothing”) just makes me feel like I bought a knock off product meant for Chinese-speaking children to learn English, and not a product meant to develop my child’s already-present English.I’d have been excited to this product, correctly named and categorized, with a second language of my choice. But I feel like I’m handing him incorrect or non-relevant information to learn with some of these. The “Shape” cards aren’t simply the shapes, they are things like footballs, soccer balls and sandwiches - so it’s causing confusion. And how does a child distinguish an “aunt” or “uncle” from a picture of a woman or man (not to mention “mother” and “father” have nothing discernible that make them parents)…they should have stuck to the basics of “boy,” “girl,” “man,” “woman,” etc. Not to mention some of the words aren’t pronounced the way an English speaker would pronounce them.Additionally, I bought the expanded pack of cards - and instead of adding more words that would be relevant to a child - there are auto brands/emblems? And cardinal directions? There are certain things that just don’t transfer well to picture flash cards…all in all, not worthwhile. I wont pick apart the illustrations, but many could be better at this day in age.All of this said, my two year old greatly enjoys the animal and vehicle cards and hearing the sounds they make in addition to the name. Is it a fun, distracting toy that features a gadget roughly the size of a cell phone with buttons? Yes. Is it something I think is actually going to expand or expedite vocabulary? Nope. The concept is great, but do the research, possibly pay a little more, and buy it from somewhere else if you’re still considering a similar product.

Rechargeable, double sided cards, and a WIDE variety of topics..
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this well over a year ago and with how well its held up after all that time I think it deserves a review!I love that it's rechargeable and the charge lasts a very long time, there's volume control, and the cards are double sided. The card topics FAR exceeded my expectations, there is such a wide variety of topics to choose from. I thought it would include the ABCs, 123s, and your everyday basics. So I was caught off guard by the vehicle cards when I pulled out Benz, Porsche, and Lamborghini. It made me laugh, but I thought it was great!
