Good quality plastic. Feels sturdy. Put miscellaneous leftover bags of grains, rice, quinoa, etc. in them. A little short for spaghetti to lay flat but fits diagonal.

They’re tall enough to hold a decent amount of things and look really nice in the pantry.

My adult daughter (who may be a little OCD), uses these at her house with three teens. I loved them, and had to have some myself to get more organized. I use these to keep things organized and tidy in the pantry, the bathroom cabinets, closets and the kitchen. Easy to see what’s inside, plus I label each bin for others in the home to be able to find things (and leave things neat when they’re done). I do wish the lids stayed on better, but they’re so nice to use it’s not a deal breaker. I do like that you can stack them to maximize the use of your space, and the hole in each end makes them easy to pull out, restack, etc. They’re great for shoes because you can see what’s inside and stack as high as you can reach. Once you make labels and start using them throughout your home, you’ll love the organization, neatness, and ease of use. Be warned though…if you’re like me, you’ll end up ordering more! I definitely recommend this item.

Great Bins for my fabric scraps.

I used these to start seedlings and it worked perfectly!!! Held in moisture well and didn't get moldy. they stack nicely and have good air flow on the sides. Not the intended purpose, but worked better than I could have hoped for my vegetable starts!!
