This host was great for the first 2 minutes. Then it popped and I reorder another one as an exchange and it freaking popped again the next day. What a waste of money and time. They shouldn't sell this crap. Don't buy it. You'll regret it. Read the reviews. Listen to people. Don't buy this garbage. You're going to get mad 😡 did she really take this hose out of production, it's probably the worst thing made in China

I bought this last fall at a great price. Just unwrapped and turned it on today. This might as well be a very poorly designed soaker hose that washes out areas. There is about three feet of it that just pour water out. I see no holes or anything even patchable. It’s like 3 feet just did not get the waterproofing treatment. I’ve had bad hoses before but nothing as horrible as this one. Obviously I’m too late for a return but I’m going to try contacting the seller. If they do anything I’ll update this review but I’m not holding my breath. If anyone knows what use a bright orange, fabric hose that is useless for watering please share your genius.Update. I contacted the seller who never got back with me. We fixed the hose. The thin plastic tube inside the hose had split along the fold line. I used it about 4 times and now another leak has shown up. These are not small leaks— they make the hose unusable as water pours out like a waterfall. Clearly it is just a bad hose that the seller will not make good. Don’t buy this one.

So far this hose is 250% better than those advertised on TV but it does not shrink in size or come with a "copper nozzle " but it works great. I tried one of these shrink hoses and great for a little while but then they pop. Water volume is greatly reduced but the pressure is high for cleaning sidewalk. not suitable for hand watering of lawn.Volume of water from Aqua Joe AJFJH75-34-CTR Kink-Free Contractor Grade FiberJacket Garden Hoseend hose is just like the hose from COSTCO that kinks all the time. This hose does not seem to kink if volume of water is restricted by a sprinkler.AND the real bargain was when I purchased this hose for $19.95 on Amazon Prime day. It works great and if it lasts 2 years I got a real bargain.October 2023 the hose leaks like a split near the coupling.and I called customer service. They were great and sent me a new 100 foot hose at no charge. This hose is 5/8 opposed to 3/4 but seems great. Color is not orange but their warranty policy is great. The hose is light and yes it does kink but if you keep pressure ie sprinkler. it will right itself when gently pulled . The flow is interrupted but not like the COSTCO hose that seems to twist and you must go to the kink and fix it.

Needed a lightweight hose that I could roll up easily like the "pencil hose" we use in the Fire Department. This was about half the cost of the NFPA certified stuff, so I gave it a shot since it's just for my personal use.Well the package arrived and I could instantly tell it was opened and used. Probably an Amazon return. I don't mind buying some things used, but this was supposed to be new. I called Amazon and got the money part dealt with, so this rating is only about the product itself. However it should be noted it WAS used, and one of the black plastic sleeves that protects the hose by the fittings was cut (?) off and the other one had slid down the hose.So far the hose is working great. 4 stars because the inner hose is a bit stiffer than expected or needed. And it does seem to kink some when it's NOT under pressure and I'm pulling it around.Seems tough enough so far and may very well be all I wanted it to be, but if not I'll update this review.

I bought this hose 2 years ago almost to the day and it has a big leak in it now and it sprays all over. I find it rather interesting that the manufacturer only warrants it for 2 years. I think thats because they know its crap and won't past that point. Most hose manufacturers warrant for at least 5 years and some for 10. I will never buy another hose from this company again. I am very easy on garden hoses and never put any excess strain on them. I take them in every winter and wind it up after every use. There is no reason this shoudn't have lasted longer than 2 years. Rediculous!!!

Nice color, but it is difficult to maneuver (stiff and can hop up and bump plants two feet off the ground when pulling it out for use) and it’s wearing out with only 8 months of use on our hose reel.The jacket has worn loose in spots and I had to put electrical tape over some of it because the white innertube was exposed and ballooning and there are kinks that have formed that re-kink with no effort at alland I have a lot of water pressure so there’s no reason for it!I would’ve thought a hose reel would’ve protected it and make it last longer??And the weirdest thing is I have to bleed out 3 gallons of water from a 75 foot hose before white foamy ‘high particulate’ (stinky chemical plastic) smelling water clears away because I’m not putting that on my plants!So every time I water I have to waste 3 gallons of water to get out the chemical reaction water that’s been poisoned by decomposing plastic—that’s disgusting!I’ve never had that problem with any other hose (rubber vinyl) or even the other brands of collapsible hose.I would not get this hose again Even if the price was lowered to $10I will buy one of those plastic reels that come with the vinyl hose already inside of it for over $100 they last longer and don’t give me poison water for my plants.On a good note I like the connectors! nothing leaks when they’re lightly snug!And I loved the color before it fadedthat’s why I bought it. :)

This water hose is beefier than the standard Aqua Joe hoses. I have had problems with some of the others. I will only buy this contractor grade from now on for heavy use. With the orange color, if you leave it out and the grass grows high, it stands out in the yard so you're less prone to mow over it.

This is an excellent fibre wrapped garden hose. In my opinion, it's important to understand its proper use. In my experience, fibre wrapped hoses are NOT designed to be wound into hose reels and handled roughly. Rather, they are intended to be light weight, hand-wound after use, and stored on a hanger. If you use these hoses properly they last for many years without failure. If you intend on wrapping your garden hose in a reel and pulling it out and dragging it around your yard, then a conventional hose is the logical choice as they are very easily repaired if damaged. A fibre wrapped hose like this model is actually very difficult to repair.

It looked great when I first got it, appeared to be super heavy duty. I spent more on this hose as I was tired of hoses always breaking or springing leaks.This one didn't even make it through 2 summers before the end of the hose started leaking (not a simple washer - the fixed part where the hose attaches to the end). Not repairable.I thought spending a bit more money would get me some quality, but it is just as cheaply made as all the others.

Love it! Use it for all of our gardens and washing both cars.

Easy to maneuver although it does easily kink which is the only annoying thing about this hose. Lightweight.

I haven’t mistreated it, never left it out in the freezing cold, only used it 3 times since purchasing it to wash my car. That’s it. I’ve kept it rolled up neatly on a hose spindle/caddy on the side of my house. The 4th time I pulled it out the hose split completely and it’s absolutely useless now. One thing to note this hose other than it’s the worst waste of money I’ve ever experienced in purchasing a product….is if you decide your money is garbage anyway and you’d rather simply light it on fire than spend it on a quality product…is that this house will not let any water flow through it unless it’s 100% unraveled and extended completely to its max “distance”. In other words…if you just need to quickly fill a potted plant while the hose is rolled up on your hose caddy/carrier you can’t. If you turn the tap on the hose won’t fill with water…until you unravel it completely and fully. The way it’s designed is basically like a tube but with “sewn” seems long each edge. Think of it more like a sheath a knife or sword would go into. A hollow “tube” sewn on each side. Which means when there’s no water in it the “tube” collapses and flattens. The water pressure is not enough to separate the tube unless the hose is completely laid out in a long straight line. So the simplest, quickest tasks require you to fully unravel it. So…keep that in mind for the 3-4 times you’ll be able to use it before it breaks.
