This literally just arrived 15 mins ago and I had just finished cooking a huge meal and was tired and my back was feeling really tight and tensed up. It took less than 2 mins to set it up. The instructions included were very helpful. The plastic was very strong and durable. It took me some effort to press it into the first slot and more effort into the second slot. I didn't think I needed the third one just yet! I lay down on it and I can tell you, RIGHT AWAY...i felt my back loosen up...I felt a warm tingling right in the center of the sole of my feet as well...seems the little nubs on the board were acting like reflexology or something similar. I could stretch my legs out flat and they still felt comfortable and then I bent my knees and put my feet flat on the floor and that felt comfortable as well. I lay there for about 5 mins then slowly rolled to the side and sat up...it felt SO GOOD!! My back was relaxed and the tight tensed up feeling was gone! Im going to keep using this and also try it strapped to my chair as it came with a belt too. I thought $20 was a perfect price for this! SO worth it!!

This thing is great. I had low expectations because I've bought crappy, cheap back relief before and wasted my money. This was TOTALLY not that. It is cheap. It's so cheap that I feel like I got away with something. I have used this nearly every day for a couple months now, and turned my partner and my buddy onto it. My back has been pretty crunched from lack of activity this last year (pandemic), and I found myself wanting to lay on the floor all the time to try and find relief. I craved some support and bend, so I got this thing, and now my posture is better, my back pain is gone, and I haven't even started using the third setting yet! It takes a couple days to get used to, it hurts at first, but once you've gotten yourself use to it, sometimes I just go lay on the thing because its comfy to do so. The ONLY thing that I wish was a little different was I wish the plastic was a bit harder. It can sometimes give way underneath you as you are getting up off of it (and I'm not a big dude). But it's fine, just don't count on it to support you %100 while you're getting up.Buy it. It's super cheap, and it has actually become one of my most used things in my house--probably only beat out by my computer and cast iron pan.

I was having lower back issues and wanted something i could have at home when issues would happen. Assembly was really pretty easy. The product is pretty solid. I body build and am about 300 lbs.. so it didnt collapse or anything like that. I didnt like that only 3 settings is what you have. The first two are decent but not really effective for heavy back pain. I needed it on level 3. If you you dont want to feel the sharp points sticking in to your back.... i recommend either wearing a sweatshirt while you stretch or a thick towel.As far as cracking my back?? Hardly.. and that was a huge let down. So im giving it a middle of the road grade. Be mindful though.. for that price you arent going to get much better pain relief .If pain is what you are concerned with. I would recommend buying a TENS UNIT off of Amazon. They are fantastic and truly a 10/10 and make pain management better then any medication . Plus you can get a really top quality one from Amazon for like 30 bucks. Best investment ive made in years.

Wife wanted one of these to help with her back for a while. I didn't know what to tell her i wanted for Father's Day so I said this thinking she could get me something that would be useful to her, lol. I don't even have a bad back and rarely ever have back pain unless i pull something, and even that is only temporary while it heals. I tried this thing out as soon as it arrived. Had it on the lowest possible arch setting. Slid it up to my lower back area while seated, as per instructions, and then slowly stretched backwards onto this thing. I went slow since the board is QUITE uncomfortable and lowering yourself slowly just comes naturally. At about halfway down my lower back SCREAMED at me causing me to want to sit back up. I was unable to due to awkward position the board forces your back into. I ended up having to roll off sideways and could barely stand up. My back hurts so bad right now, i can't properly convey how much over this comment. I was fine prior and for the last year at least i have had no back pain. I had to pull myself upright with the edge of my coffee table and barely made it onto the couch to type this review. My wife hasn't even seen it yet and I want to throw it in the trash. I don't know how to tell her it is a terrible product because it will make her feel bad about giving me a bad Father's Day gift, but at the same time, if i say nothing she will use it and be in as much pain as I am in. Terrible product.

As I am writing this I have just received this product. I set it up and used it two times and each time was less than 3 minutes. I have been using a pull-up bar with weights, and inversion table, a back puller that connects to a closed door and decompresses the spine, and I sleep on a flat hard surface. I could never sleep on a regular bed without feeling some sort of lower back pain and I would have to wake up at least after 5 or 6 hours of sleep. I ordered this product and paid the 2.99 to have an expeditedly shipped to my house within less than 24 hours. I have had it for 3 hours so far and all of my back pain is gone in the lower back area and I could belly dance if I wanted to. Before I do my workouts I will sometimes do a light warm up and rotate my hips clockwise and counterclockwise and when I used to do that there was this tiny little feeling in my back that gave me a sense of uneasiness, as if my back was going to break or something. That feeling is finally gone and there is no sense of uneasiness anymore. I've spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours, literally, trying to get this lower back to feel normal and finally with a piece of oddly shaped plastic, that has magnets embedded in it and little pokey things sticking out of it, I am now sitting in a chair and just kind of moving my body around and there isn't a single sense of back stress. If there is a single product on Amazon that does its job this is that product.

I've been suffering from chronic back pain for a couple years, experiencing tighteness in lower back as a result of a bulged disc. Laying on this took the stress off of those nerves and the acupressure pins loosened up the surround muscles.For the price, you can't go wrong! When getting off of the deck, I recommend bending your legs and pulling yourself from the bottom of your thighs, avoid twisting.

Not recieved what shown in preview, as you can see there is no magnetic pressure points, no belt in package, built quality is poor than as shown in product details and even roduct manufacturer is differentUpdate: Now after usage of 2 days, its broken too

Much better than some of the other models as the construction is very sturdy for the pressure of more than 250lbs. Using this 2 - 3 times per week not only makes my back feel loose but it also relieves me from going to the chiropractor which costs so much more. Should last a very long time.
