Update 2019:9 mos and still works like a charm. I would buy again for sure. I noticed it leaks for a bit after it’s turned off, but it seems like nothing out of the ordinary and hasnt leaked at other times that I’ve seen. If you have well water be prepared to clean the little nozzles as they will get stained. It’s easy to clean and the reddish tint lifts right off.If you’re still out there suffering with tiny shower head envy, what are you waiting for?? Anyone can convert their regular old shower head to an overhead rainfall with the right arm. I found a 20” extender that also raised the head 4.5”, the perfect fit for my lower ceiling and as far off the wall as you can expect. If it’s not raised 4 or 5” I feel it looks silly and is probably unuseable to anyone over 5’10”. It’s very hard to find an extender of that length and shape so contact me if you can’t locate one and I’ll point you in the right direction. I’m very glad I didn’t give up on my dream of a rainfall. I was skeptical I’d be able to support a 12” head that far off the wall, that could take the lower water pressure to a second floor and have enough power to deal with long hair. But I was willing to gamble on it at this price point. Yay! I bought this again (and the extender) for a friend bc he liked mine so much.The packaging was very nice and very sturdy. A product that didn’t come broken or missing parts? It worked exactly as it should? Whaaaa?? Also FYI this company didn’t offer freebies for good reviews. I respect not bribing the public. Good luck!5 stars all the way. I have it on the second floor and it has great flow thru all of the outlets. I swear it made the pressure better. It adjusts like a dream in 4 directions. It is lighter than my previous super expensive showerhead - which this outshines in every category. Its big, its got a nice finish, its not plastic but still light enough that I felt much more confident attaching it to a long extender arm. It adjusts very easily in any direction (which fixed the annoying problem of my showerhead being a few inches off center) but holds position. I have very long hair and the stream is strong enough to get all the soap out and the annoying stray hairs. This is key to all long haired people. Love this thing. Everyones impressed w it. If you're looking for the right one - this is it!

This shower-head truly makes me feel like I'm under a waterfall. It is awesome. The only thing that I can say against this is that it uses a lot of water and will drain your water-heater quickly unless you meter the water going through it. Disclaimer: I did take out the water restriction device: I also have a tankless water-heater and I overshoot the amount of water the heater cam produce, which makes it a little less hot [but not cold]. One thing to be aware of is that this is fairly heavy and you should not use one of those adjustable lines that swivel to change height. It will not work for long: see photo. Even with these tiny issues, it is one of my favorite time of day that I can retreat to the shower and take a long soak.Would I buy again? Oh yes I would!Would I tell my friends to get this? yes and I have already [many times so far]!Repeat Disclaimer; if you want the most out of this shower-head and have enough water pressure, remove the restriction device. It is still good and better than any shower-head you have ever used.Things to be aware of,it's heavy,it can use a lot of water , if you don't adjust,will empty you water-heater if not taken heed to above warningis it tankless water-heater friendly? Yes if your tankless or tank type Water-heater has enough BTU or gallons if not taken heed to adjusting the flow rate

Comes with extended pole. Good size. Looks pretty. Works perfectly. Easy to install. Good value for money.

The installation, packaging, look and customer service were excellent. The shower head is exactly what we wanted. It's big and has a nice brushed nickel look to it. There is plenty of tape and spare parts to go with as well. The only issue we had was the shower extender. It was faulty and wouldn't hold the shower head in place. Darren with customer service responded within minutes of my email and sent me a completely new device. He handled the situation wonderfully and the new unit works great!The only other thing I've noticed about other reviews is the water pressure. This shower head has a big have to it. So unless you have great water pressure it will sag. We used the extension to get the shower head almost directly above where we stand and let gravity do the work. I recommend installing a pipe if the extender doesn't make it long enough. It's not the shower head's fault!Good company.

This is a great replacement for original showerhead . It was an excellent value and the fact that it comes with some replacement parts is a bonus. I removed the water saver device and the water flow is just perfect.

Honestly - I was skeptical at this piece given the price of other much smaller rain showers at the big box stores. Well, two months later I AM IN LOVE. This piece is truly amazing for the price that I paid. I mean, it's enormous and it's like you own monsoon in the shower.A couple of things to note:-It's very shiny and shows fingerprints so you'll want to wipe down after installing.-I don't know why, but it creates A HUGE amount of steam and fills the shower which is nice, but if you're worried about excessive moisture be warned.-It puts out A LOT of water. A LOT, sometimes I have to step aside to take a breath. Nothing insane, but you just need to adjust to this much water coming down during a shower.-I live in a three story townhouse and I was concerned that I wouldn't have the pressure to power this item. Even on the third floor, during a high usage time, it works great. Very rarely have I ever noticed that it's just slightly less powerful than normal.All in all, looks great, feels great and easy on the checkbook. Go for it!
