Helpful Supplement
I've been taking this product for 2 weeks and here's what I've noticed: It's been fairly easy on my stomach and I haven't had any side affects. I take it while I'm eating dinner. I'm not certain if it's aiding in my weight loss yet, but the anti inflammatory benefits have improved my health quite noticeably in a short amount of time. I will purchase this product again.

Have re-ordered this supplement a couple of times now and it's great.

Be aware, do not recommend!
Once we opened the jar cap a lot of dark contamination we found inside of the cap. This says a lot about the manufacturer, we hesitate to use such supplement due to hygiene and safety precautions. Since the open jar we can not return and ask for refund, we felt like we’re taken advantage off. Do not recommend this supplement, be aware!

I was not able to use product since safety seal is broken. This product is non refundable or returnable so I guess I'm just out my money.

It works, More of a enhancement than a supplement
Works even better with a low index meal or even fruits. Are use it with the junction of Chromium found in Brewers yeast.
