Q: Does this camera include a waterproof POE connection?

Yes... But from past experience, I would recommend getting an IP 67 rating (waterproof) conjunction box to run the cables in.

Q: Does the color night vision work without the lights?

It appears to have some noise filtering for low light conditions. I set my cameras up to not turn on their lights after dark and while cars driving past at night are motion blurred and a bit grainy, the overall image quality is quite good. When I was initially setting them up, I had one in my computer room with all the lights off and while I couldn't see much with my own eyes, the camera spotted a red glow behind some boxes and when I started digging, I found an old power strip plugged in and turned on that I forgot I even had.

Q: Is this a 131 degree fov or 112? conflicting info in documentation.

I agree my old 118 had better fov this is defiantly not 131

Q: Please rectify conflict of representation: Can you justify your "product description" as "16x zoomable" when Amcrest downloadable spec says "fixed"?

In my experience, in the Amcrest app and through the NVR, I can zoom in on the video feed, but it's digital zoom and doesn't affect the actual stream being recorded. The camera itself appears to have a fixed FOV.
