We love this scent machine. It works exactly as described and our home smells amazing all the time. It makes our home smell like we are on vacation at a resort.

I purchased three (3) of the JCloud diffusers and all of them quit working within 3-4 months.

First machine unfortunately the device was stuck. Pressing down the inner cannister wouldn't pop up. I had to use pliers to pull it out. But I tested it and it worked so I sent back for a replacement where the spring worked. Amazon and the company promptly sent a return device, machine has been working great. I love the soft aged gold color that wasn't available on any other competitors. I tried several brands and several styles of these machines but I like these towers best and feel they emit the scent the best of all of them. The app is fine, it's not great but it works nonetheless. I did find I liked waking up to the programmed scent starting, however I appreciate the remote control start / stop for the night function other brands have. The app sometimes won't save changes and you just have to unplug it. That's annoying but not a reason not a purchase especially when it's cheaper and it works. It's quiet enough to not be bothersome, noise can get to me but this just fine honestly. I only wish I had better luck finding scents I liked and tolerated better. It seems there isn't a huge market for this type of product yet and with pricy products chance buys are risky and a lot of the scents I have to say really aren't great if you don't want to your house to smell like perfume/cologne! I don't leave reviews often but as I experimented with several of the machines and brands I feel like this one is a safe buy.

Where do I get a replacement part from?, it’s not working right, no scent is coming out of it.

Easy to set up. Looks nice and is a good value so far. Quiet and easy to program.

I love the fact that I come home, and it smells divine.

This product works well and the item is as described. I like that it doesn’t require a specific product to go inside so you’re not trapped into buying a specific brand of essential oils/scents. It permitted the room well and has several settings. I took one star off because the app/settings are a bit difficult to understand and navigate and the instructions don’t go into detail about the difference between settings.
