Hi, I bought this motor some time ago. Unfortunately the chip from the encoder got burned. Since it is burned I cannot see the chip reference number. Could you be so kind to tell me the chip reference so I can't purchase it.Thank

Al good
There were a few small problems with the motor packaging, but the seller helped me with a new motor. I am using it in an industrial application as a prototype and all without problems so far. I recommend it

Good value
Bought this unit to drive a rotary automation table works fine no issues the documentation leaves something to be desired but if you are at all familiar with steppers or servos you will be able to get it going this is a great alt to using a plane old stepper.

Worst Buy Ever
So many issues.... First poor documentation, No type of instructions or wiring/circuitry diagrams. Just got to installing them last week and one motor has a bent motor shaft and caused about $300 of damage to my machine. Another one had a short in the factory wiring harness that I had to repair. After I finally got them running they loses steps extremely easy causing the optical sensor to kick in and the motor starts grinding. They are about 10x louder than standard stepper drivers. Can not handle any load when moving slow short distances, They will miss steps causing the motors to start humming and make loud banging noises. Don't waist your money stick with traditional steppers or shell out 5-800 each and get something that is of good quality.

I liked thar the motor and driver was together in one package. I disliked the packaging as my motor came in damaged. Although it is still functional is makes a lot of noise when operating in reverse

Servo is excellent as it has more power then a regular stepper
Software not available to calibrate driver but they come pre calibrated . Servo is excellent as it has more power then a regular stepper. Controlled it with arduino.
