LOVE THEM
Great price and quality. Able to cut the metal sheets with a good pair of metal slippers. I have wiped with soap and water and even had to use some acetone.....the sheets still shine..does not wipe off

Beautiful, safe, ceiling tiles
They are beautiful, but because they aren't finished, the will rust if exposed to water. I purchased these to add some beauty and to help with safety. They supposedly help slow the spread of fire, if only by a small amount, from spreading to the rest of the house.

So much better than those plastic panels!
Easy to install. I used FRP adhesive and dabbed it in various spots behind the tiles....the outside edge of the tile is only part that touches the wall so small blobs of adhesive and tape help it stick. I used furniture nails that are about the same size as the round design on the tile, pre-drilled each hole (only through metal) then added super glue to nail and inserted it into hole so it glued to drywall. I measured from ceiling down and started from floor up when installing so top tile overlaps lower one...and cut tiles will be hidden on bottom behind trim. I purchased a metal flooring trim for the inside corner and a wood corner trim for the outside corner. Took a day for 5 boxes.

Great product from a terrific American small business
I installed these tin ceiling tiles in a tiny 6x3 powder room and one pack was enough for the job. The tiles themselves are very nice but the company that makes them - American Tin Ceilings - is amazing. I called them several times with questions and every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and patient. Outstanding customer service for a tiny investment! As for the tin tiles themselves, I sprayed them with Rustoleum oil based antique bronze paint (after considering copper) and they look fantastic. You must use oil based, not water based paint to seal the uncoated tin to avoid rust (as I learned from the customer service reps at ATC.) I trimmed them to size with kitchen shears. I used a nail gun with brad nails ( set to minimum pressure so the nails don’t go all the way through). A simple half round or cove molding will cover any gaps at the wall and provide a finished look.

Looks great.
Pretty think and requires some cutting with snips. No holes for screws. I glued sparked with clear polyurethane as recommended. Then glued with locktite and put small screws on ends to hold. 1 tile came completely scuffed with black stuff, won’t come off. I am ordering more.Very sharp

Makes an awesome backsplash in our camper!
Our older camper needed some sprucing up and these panels work great around the stove. I’m not sure if I need to coat them since it seems to be raw metal but I will see how long the shiny look remains first. They would look great with paint or decorative painting techniques if you wanted color or antiqued effect.
