Good Book Overall
We picked this book due to reviews, layout and just seemed informative. I have only walked mostly before this book, overweight 41yo female with a 41 yo overweight husband. Some of the workouts are just impossible for a beginner like me. My knees are bad and Im just weak had to look up some alternatives for some but still will stick to the her idea of workouts. I have to say its an intense workout and I felt it. I am looking forward to my changes in 30/90/120 days. I did not like the 4 DAY HIIT but will try the push pull workout. There are some workouts or more like muscles that I feel I really dont need to do but I found alternatives online. Do more research on what your body can do or can not do or should not do and take what you can from this book and add your own spin to it to make a great plan for you. Its easy to read overall and love the layout of workout plans with how to on it. Pictures are a plus!

Great Guide and Instructions.
I absolute love the pictures - they are big and colorful . Erin explains everything clearly, and the training and directions can be easily followed. I actually upgraded to an adjustable bench after she pictorially detailed all of the different dumb bell exercises. Form is everything when exercising, and Erin is definitely about being in form and in balancing out the work on both side of the body.

A very good book!
I think this a very good, helpful, motivational book for anyone needing or wanting to work out at home. I especially think it's good for most any beginner or intermediate casual bodybuilder or fitness enthusiast or aspirant.

Beautiful Book but there’s an error…
This book is beautiful. I love how the content is laid out and images are sharp. There’s an error on page 41. Just like someone else mentioned, Day 4 is listed twice. The second column should be labeled as Day 5— see picture. Not a deal breaker for me but I knocked off a star.

Practical
Love this book! Very well structured programs with demos of each movement - upper body, lower body, core & a bit of cardio/ HIIT- it’s like having a personal trainer at home. You still can do all of the workouts at the gym. Strongly recommended!
