This item was finally found on Amazon after not even locating it where we bought the Cub Cadet. It came premeasured, and ready to be installed. They didn't come loose in packaging but we're wrapped up.We will purchase more when needed. They were delivered as described in the listing

I don’t write reviews but this one frustrated enough. Don’t waste your money or more importantly time unless your cutting basic lawn grass. Other lines are flexible so they bend and wear down as you use them. You don’t have to replace them until they’re worn down and too short to be effective. These lines are hard plastic and too stiff. It makes them brittle so they just break apart when they encounter resistance. I changed lines every 5-10 min when weed whacking. Having to constantly stop was such a waste of time and it took 4x longer. The entire pack of 20 didn’t even get me through the front section of my yard let alone the sides and back.

The trimmer originally came with 18" segments of line, but after I used them up, the salesperson suggested the less expensive option of buying a spool of line and cutting it as needed. But, who wants a bunch of loose trimmer line laying around? On the other hand, once I get busy clearing tall weeds & grass, I hate getting interrupted by the line breaking and then having to stop cut more line to size. This line works great and isn't that much more expensive.

I use these on my brush-hog now... because I can no longer find the ones I use to use. these are durable but a bit brittle (I don't like that).

I liked that I could get the size I needed and it arrived in a timely manner!

I used these to replace line in my Cub Cadet walk behind trimmer. Very hard and brittle. They are very difficult to get in and then just break off instead of wear down. First 2 strings lasted about 1 minute before both completely broke off. At that rate they would have lasted an hour for the whole pack (12 minutes of trimming and 48 minutes of changing trimmer line 😉). I put the old worn down line back in and trimmed another 45 minutes with no problem. Maybe I had a bad batch but based on several prior reviews, there must be several bad batches out there. In the end I’ll go back to the ones I had as they will be much cheaper in the long run.
