Update 1/18/24, after much back and forth customer service was able to show me how to get the app to work. It turns out I needed to turn off my mobile data thru the pull down notifications, not thru the connections menu. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S22. I'm pretty good with technology and I couldn't figure it out, they didn't do a good job explaining it with the included instructions. In fact, they tried several things before finding that fix.I like that they spent the time to help, however they took awhile to get back to me which is an issue because:1. this was a Christmas present and I understand they were on holiday but when you buy your kids Christmas presents and they don't work on Christmas that can be bad.2. I purchased this about a month before Christmas and didn't try to use it until Christmas day and the return window was looming near.While we worked together to get it to work, I think I helped them create better instructions, let's hope they make it clearer so nobody else needs to go thru this in the future.____________________________________________________________________________________________This was a Christmas present for my son. The app does not work. I've followed the instructions, it's connected to the drone but nothing works. I've read the reviews on Google Play store and nobody else is getting it to work. I've contacted them 4 different ways (email, Facebook messenger, form on their website, and thru Amazon's help) and nobody's replied. I've got until January 31 to return this drone. My son is disappointed and I do not recommend buying these or anything else Neheme sells. They don't care about their customers.

Bought this during Prime days, thought it would be something fun and different to play with (I'm 55 and looking for a new hobby).Anyhow sat in the box a few days until I could find some free time in an evening. Charged the batteries, took it out to the back yard, and started to get the feel of it. I was only flying it by standing directly behind it, so forward/backward/left/right the movements corresponded to the movements of the controls (I was a long way from flying with the camera).Long story short, several times the drone seemed to lose contact with the remote and keep flying in whatever direction it was going when it lost contact. The last time, it went over the back fence and out over the neighborhood pond. I've walked around the pond several time since then, and put out a request on the neighborhood FB page to keep an eye out for it... at this point I have to assume it splashed in to pond never to be seen again.So, 10 minutes into my new hobby, it was over, and I was out $65. Very disappointed!!
