I dont understand why theres bad reviews. It does whats its supposed it not a cast it immobilizes. If put on correct it does fine you will have to readjust if moving or using crutches alot. But does good its only 25 bucks.

Needing a knee replacement I am using this brace to control swelling and pain. I find it comfortable and easily adjustable. At night I use it to keep might knee straight which really cuts down on pain and swelling.When I wear it during the day I have to put a neoprene sleeve on my knee to keep it in place otherwise it just slides down. If I wear it over a pair of jeans I use black duct tape top and bottom to keep it in place otherwise it slides around. I would buy again!

Before buying this I really scoured the reviews, but for the price I decided to buy it anyway, and when I received it I remembered how ridiculous people can be, reviewing things out of ignorance. This thing is fully adjustable, if you have fat legs, it comes apart on the main body and can be made double wide if need be. I have a bad knee that never fully healed up after a fall from a roof. I bought this and use it with a cane to give my leg the rest it needs and it’s absolutely perfect. It keeps my leg straight like a cast would,,, and is very very easy to take on and off via the 4 main Velcro straps. If it slides down,,, you don’t have it tight enough duh.

This brace was excellent for maintaining knee immobility while sitting or laying down. When standing or walking, it slipped down my leg. A shoulder strap or other type of harness would improve this product's usefulness tremendously.

Bought for my husband because of a knee problem. Figured this would keep it straight. Went on fine until he stood up... the brace just fell to his ankle. We tried again and tightened it at the bottom... again, he stood up and the brace just fell down to his ankle. We returned for a refund.

My husband dislocated his patella. No surgery was needed so it's just a matter of healing on time. This brace makes it so much easier to help him out of bed to use the restroom. It keeps his patella stable. It arrived before it was suppose to so thank you!! The only thing is the Velcro does dig into his skin a bit where the knee cap opening is but maybe a sleeve underneath will help.

Worked for what we needed, was slipping some on sons leg, the longer one worked better.
