What I like and I’m sold on is being new to needing enhanced hearing these amplifiers are off the chart in increasing sound around you. It’s like Superman hearing all the voices all at once around him. These things hear just about everything all at once! So, it is sometimes hard to concentrate on specific conversations with multiple people talking. Which is better than missing and not hearing conversations before using these babies! But what I can say is the BEST thing about these are is that I have always stayed up late watching TV. With my hearing loss I have the volume mostly at around 64% to 72% which is sometimes a strain hearing the TV and is too high for my family. My elderly mother in law sometimes stuffs a towel under her door to help block some of my TV volume. I’m smiling and laughing right now! All kidding aside, miraculously now with these amplifiers which resembles the popular apple devices and not obvious hearing aids I can put the TV volume on 30% and it sounds like 100% original TV volume and louder! What a gift for the early morning risers! For that reason alone these are spectacular! I also use these watching TV with my wife so she can sleep easier! The Cons!! When using the water sprayer in the Kitchen these are so loud that the water sounds like my head is inside the popcorn popper. Very loud popping, cracking! I haven’t taken the time to figure out how to decrease the volume yet. Too busy enjoying my new “Super Hearing”! And lastly, when everything is quiet and TV volume is off, there is a constant air moving sound even when the air and furnace is off. Minor trade off for much improved Very Fun hearing, BTW, if you have both right and left devices out of your ears and in your hand and are within a foot and a half of each other they will whistle! Till you either put them back in your ear or back in the charger.

My mom bought extremely expensive hearing aids, she hates them. I bought her these and she loves them!! You just tap the ear buds to reach different levels of volume.

POSITIVES:* They rest lightly in the outside part of the ear, nothing inserted into the ear canal. (One size fits all?)* Anyway, they fit ME, and they are very comfortable to wear (almost forget they are there).* They don't fall out when: eating, talking, walking, or chewing gum (the last ones I tried did).* I DO need to adjust them about 3 times a day. (No big deal.)* Perfect for my minor-moderate mid-life hearing loss. NOT tinny or crackly. Decent audio quality.* I like the small, lightweight design, and they look good.* They do NOT pickup ultra-sound (Like: security motion detectors and computer server rooms).The other brand I tried DID pickup ultra-sound - and it was annoying).* I also like the simple Volume (5 levels) and On/Off adjustments (just tap).* Charge lasts (at least) 16 hours. You may recharge using the CASE battery several times (cool!).* You may recharge the CASE using any USB port or adapter, (Cable IS included, no separate charger.)NEGATIVES* The tap adjustment (volume) is so sensitive that it's easy to raise the volume unintentionally with an accidental touch, which can be annoying. (NO BIG DEAL - just tap it to get back to YOUR level.)* Holding it inside your hand causes acoustic feedback (squeal) - just turn it off if you are not wearing it.* I can't tell if there is ANY sort of noise canceling in the traditional sense.* Background sounds seem loud and make it tough to hear someone speaking softly outside (but that is a problem with virtually all units).SUMMARY* I like this one BETTER than some others I tried. It is EASY to use. It doesn't attract attention.* I think this is a good deal for the price I paid.

My dad, who is 83, constantly makes us repeat what we’re saying, multiple times, and has to have the tv volume at 60. He has hearing aids, but won’t wear them for fear of losing them because they were so expensive 🫣. I bought him a set of these for Christmas. He now has the tv volume at 20 and can even have a conversation with it on 🎉. So I got a pair for my 82 yo mom, who has the same issue (they’re divorced, so she couldn’t try his). She does not like them at all, as they amplify the (fake) fireplace sounds so much that it interferes with the tv sound. In any case, they’re, by far, the most comfortable ear buds I’ve ever tried, but I found the sound to be very "tinny", like I was in a tunnel. However, for my dad, that’s better than not being able to hear what people are saying.FWIW: the pair I bought for my mom were obviously used prior to me buying them. The box was opened and the accessories were packaged in a haphazard way. When I contacted the seller, they informed me that because these are shipped by Amazon, they have no control over what Amazon does. They said that they often hear from people who have rec’d open items from Amazon, which are advertised as "new". So, if you do buy these, know that the box they come in should be shrink-wrapped.

Nice hearing aids at a great price. I bought 2 sets for my mother in law. She uses them all day every day and has had them for a year now. Charges easily anywhere in the work, size fits perfectly well, works well, great price, excellent clarity and looks like an earbud.

I bought these for my mom who’s 95. She’s bought several expensive hearing aids in the past and said after about a year they didn’t work well. So far with these she says she can hear but on her the left side falls off easily and squeals loudly. Since it’s only one size I have to try to get it in her ear properly. Also, because it may fall out I attached an eyeglass chain to it and clip it to the back of her collar.It’s much more stylish than the back of the ear models that she also wears and flops over her ears.I would definitely recommend this for someone who’s hesitant about wearing hearing aids or who needs to increase the volume to watch television. I would definitely buy this for my mom again.
