This fan is gorgeous. It is bigger than I expected but still smaller than the traditional fan. It really makes my place look modern. It blows great. I have not had to clean it yet and not looking forward to it. The quality look of this fan is fantastic. I ordered a light for my dining table and have to return cause it looks so cheap next to this fan. The lights on this fan is solid where as in light you could see the pods from the strip with the LED's they used

This fan and light combo comes with a very nice design for adjusting the 2 rings at an angle.Remote is pretty good size.Have options for timer 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours.Forward and reverse options for the fan.6 modes for the fan.3 modes for lights.Works as expected. Good functionality.

Omg best fandelier ever. We had to ay a pretty penny to have it installed but it was worth it. Very quiet and helps me with my hot flashes lol. If I get hot I just grab the remote turn on the fan and voila. Turn it off when the flash is gone. I love it. It's also very beautiful I got so many compliments.

I am not a fan of ceiling fans, but living in South Florida, you need it when (that's a given) you have a/c problems. It looks like a cool light fixture but has a powerful fan when needed.

Would have given this 5 stars except that the ceiling mount does not work with US 4" ceiling electrical box. They provide screws with anchors for wood ceiling and bolts with anchors for concrete ceilings. In my case, the 4" box in my concrete ceiling interfered with drilling the holes for the anchor bolt. As a workaround I hung the ceiling mount from a crossbar attached to the 4" box with extra long screws. This was the hardest part of the install. Once done, just completely assemble the fan including the remote sensor wires (except for the AC wires) then just lift into the bracket and connect the AC.I purchased 4 of these fans and the LEDs did not work on one of them. When I reported this to the shipper, Dawn Whisperer, they sent an entire new fan as a replacement. I also had an issue where one of the fans would start up rotating clockwise rather than counter clockwise to blow the air downward. When I reported this they responded within hours and sent me photos showing how the fan connector should be attached. Make sure that the wire colors match up on both sides of the connector when you connect them. A quick fix.Update:My fan is working perfectly, but my wife and I fight over who has the remote to turn it on or off in the middle of the night (one of us gets hot/cold at different times). I asked the seller how I could get a second remote for the same fan and the promptly replied that I would need a different receiver and remote for about $30. I sent the money and received the new receiver and remote quickly. After following their instructions several times and several emails later, I could change which remote the fan responded to but could only get one remote working at a time. It looks like the remote is hard coded to a specific frequency and the receiver can be reprogrammed to listen to the frequency sent my the remote, but not the other way around. Unfortunately their tech support department is in China, so we could not get two remotes custom programmed to send the same code. The seller promptly returned the $30 I paid for the new receiver and remote (no need to return them). Erin (seller) tried her best and was very polite and eager to help, but we could not accomplish my goal. My next step is to try to hang the remote from the headboard between my wife and I so that it is within convenient reach of either of us in the dark in the middle of the night!

UPDATE: It hasn’t been a year yet 9/20 and the fan broke, it won’t spin anymore. My toddler is going crazy without his fan since we live in Arizona, and the AC doesn’t cut it. We had to bring out our old fan from storage. Customer service hasn’t been very helpful. I do not recommend this product.The fan design is nice and both the fan and light work very well. It does look gold when the light is on but otherwise it looks more like a rose gold. The quality doesn’t seem the greatest as the wire covers has bumps already from pushing it into place. There are also some dark stains on the light part of it. It wasn’t easy to install. I dislike that there isn’t a separate wire for the light and fan to be able to use a double switch. Overall the fan in nice and modern but I don’t think it’s worth the value.

The fan is amazing! It’s clips a tornado and it’s completely silent! I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful and sophisticated-looking too. It was easy for me to install (I replaced an old fan with it). Okay, but let’s talk about the controls: they’re weird. When you push the “light” button, it turns it off, and if you push it again quickly, it switches to the next light setting. (It only has 3 but it’s a little annoying) If, however, you turn off the light and leave it for awhile, it will turn back on the light you left it on And if you use your wall switch to turn off the light, when you switch it back on, it will turn the light back on but not the fan🤨 We just mounted the remote control over our wall switch and leave it there. We leave the wall switch on all the time and then we can turn on the fan and the light separately, and it’s all good.I love it! I’m looking for an excuse to buy another one!

I am in love with this fan! It is a lot better quality than I was expecting from other reviews so I feel my money went to a good replacement. It did take me a while to install, but it was my first time ever installing a fan. I like that I can move the rings of the light for a different vibe in the room, its incredibly easy to adjust and even use the remote to change the light brightness or fan speed. It performs amazingly in my living room and circulates so much air. I got the silver one and absolutely love how sleek it looks.
