Move over swiffer!
I was always a swiffer person, but I was frustrated with its inability to handle scrubbing and having to constantly futz with and readjust the pads, having to use a dozen pads for one job, and being a slave to the company and having to buy their disposable pads over and over. Fed up, and becoming increasingly interested in a low waste and zero waste lifestyle, I looked for alternatives.Cuban mops came up in my search, and I was intrigued by the idea of using my own reusable cloth and the ability to really get in there with scrubbing. But the t-shape created problems with trying to arrange the cloth and getting it to stay on for more than a couple strokes at a time. I watched videos of people using it flawlessly, and wanted to make it work, but no matter how I tried I couldnāt make it work. Then I found the quick loop.It was the answer to my prayers - every issue I had with the swiffer and the Cuban mops was solved in this product. The convenience and portability of swiffer with the simplicity and scrubbing ability of the Cuban mop!Convincing myself to clean my floors was a chore in itself, but with the quickloop itās super easy to take it out of the closet, drape a wet cloth over it, and with a spray bottle of soapy water Iām off to the races. No more worrying about if I have enough pads like the swiffer or having to futz around with the cloth like a Cuban mop. Iām cleaning my floors my than ever now.I recommend this to anyone fed up with swiffers and their wasteful and inefficient product. AND to anyone who is looking for a āzero wasteā alternative to a swiffer that sacrifices none of the convenience and improves on the model in every way! If youāre interested in Cuban mops, Iād whole-heartedly recommend this instead!

Only mop I will use!
I have used the Quick-Loop Mop for over a year. I work in rental properties and have them at each building. I have tried many mops over the years. All of them were lacking in some way; the twist string mops (you can't ring them out properly) , some mops are so heavy (it's a workout just mop) and the paper-like mops are too dry to mop. And all of the mops heads are hard to change out to wash them.Reasons I prefer the Quick-Loop mop:⢠You can use any cloth you prefer and they are easy to wash after every use. I use micro fiber car wash cloths.⢠Cleaning solution stays clean, I use multiple cloths and set aside the dirty ones.⢠It's portable: I attached it to an adjustable handle so it's easier to carry w/me. And when I don't have access to water; I don't have to carry a heavy bucket of water, I just carry the wet cloths I need⢠Its quick: for a quick cleanup just wet a cloth and mop; no filling a heavy bucket.⢠The quick-loop has helped in different situations; it fits under radiators, I've washed 10 foot high windows and have dusted and washed high walls.

Sustainable, effective, and awesome!
Let me start with saying that I hate mopping. I didnāt own a mop. My 4 year old asked me what a mop was and I didnāt know how to explain it to him. I havenāt owned a mop in decades. We have many non-carpeted surfaces - I sweep them and use a damp rag. It was fine. Then we got a dog and I had to get a mop. What I didnāt want: a heavy, smelly, impossible to clean rope mop. A wasteful, landfill-filling, Swiffer or other āflat mopā with artificially scented cleaners. A plastic-filled sponge mop for which the manufacturers inevitably stop producing refills further promoting ridiculous material consumerism. A hospital grade disinfecting steam mop - I donāt believe itās healthy or even necessary to kill every germ in our house. Enter the quick-loop mop.Why I love it: I can use the rags I already own! I can use my diy zero-waste cleaners! I donāt have to buy any more āaccessoriesā or ārefillsā! Itās made in the USA, by a kind man/small business owner with a beautifully and elegantly simple patent, out of his home. Why you should get it: you will never buy a refill again. With a dry microfiber cloth, you will get all the dust - including off your fan. With a wet cloth youāll get everything else. Itās sustainable, zero waste, plastic-free, and will last a lifetime. Iāve finished the wood with tung oil so that it always looks good. You can leave it unfinished if you like - itāll still outlast anything else. Best of all, youāll be supporting a great American small business owner.I have zero affiliation with this company or product. I am not being paid for my honest review. I stumbled across this item on a zero-waste blog and have had very positive interactions with the owner. You should get one now!

Stripping mop handle thread :(
Pros: I liked this product in that it does what it says it will. Itās very straight forward and doesnāt have complex or disposable parts. Itās sturdy and get the job done.Cons: My boyfriend and I have had it for about two years and we definitely mop less because of it. The twists strip the thread on the old mop handle we have, so the attachment comes loose and falls off. We havenāt had the same issue of cloths coming off reported by others, but thats because use old microfiber pads from an old mop that we cut holes into. My partner will outright refuse to use it, and I find myself spending more time messing with the mop head than actually mopping.Cool product design, but for me, it just isnāt as simple as getting a secondhand full attachment model with reusable microfiber pads⦠if you find that it works for you, then thats awesome, but the cons outweigh pros for me.

Does not fit standard mop handles
I've tried this with 3 mop handles so far and none of them fit. They all twist out with a few seconds of use. I have no problem with the mop head itself, but the handle has been a problem. I hate to buy again from this company, but I'm going to try the handle that they make to go with this product in hopes that works. Otherwise, my mophead purchase was a total waste.
