I didnt realize these had the small tab at the nose, and I have to cut them off as they are irritating

When I purchased vacuum I was pleased with it. Washed the filters a few times. Replaced with the new filters and it works like new again.

Whoa..... that's a lot of nasal cannulae! In fact, if you're looking at the pics there are 10 in all.Nasal cannulae tend to last a long time, so given that we've gotten these for my 94 year old mother-in-law who only occasionally needs the Oxygen boost, these will last us forever!Not much to say about these other than they're not hard (annoying and uncomfortable), and not overly soft (tends to kink). So, like the little bear's bed, chair, and bowl they are "just right".These have a reinforced section where the connection is made to the supply (O2 bottle, or oxygen concentrator machine), so they're unlikely to fail at that point. They appear to be well made, and the length is good for most home purposes. Some clinical use may require longer cannulae.They're good. Nuff said.

They attach correctly to the oxygen line and are very similar to the other cannula we have used. No problems encountered.
