We love map puzzles and have lots of them. We have this one of Asia and the one of Europe by Mudpuppy, and they are both really high quality. The colors, illustrations, and country-piece shapes are very well designed. My strongest recommendation.

This is a great puzzle for children to learn the layout of the U.S. Pieces are easy to maneuver and put together. The only feature I wish it contained is actual interlocking pieces so the puzzle would stay together, unfortunately it doesn't, so if some pieces move, others do as well. But, other than that, it's a great puzzle.

What a beautiful puzzle. I was looking for a USA puzzle that was big but not too big, sturdy pieces, state shaped pieces, and pleasing graphics.I couldn't be any more pleased. The puzzle is perfection 👌

After having this puzzle for a couple of weeks, my three year old son is now able to assemble it by himself. He knows the shapes of all the states, and knows where each one of them goes on the map. Please note that my son absolutely loves puzzles. He'll spend hours each day doing them, and re-doing them. This is a very fun activity and educational. The pieces hold up well and are very durable. Each state shows the capital and also includes the nickname of each state on the back as well.

This puzzle is colorful and clear. I specifically wanted something that was a little larger, that had the state capitals marked and labeled and where the puzzle pieces were the shapes of the states and this checks all those boxes. It seems more durable than a basic cardboard puzzle for sure. The only downside (which is not hard to spot from the pictures) is that the scale is way off as it pertains to Alaska. I'm not sure what they could have reasonably done about that, though, so I don't mind.

I have been looking for a USA map puzzle that has state-shaped pieces, and this one is great! I have seen some reviewers saying it's hard to put together, the pieces slide around, etc., But I have not had that experience with mine. My seven year old thoroughly enjoyed putting it together, without any help from me. We read the names of the states, the nicknames, and capitol names together. The pieces are colorful, sturdy, and fit together nicely. Will definitely recommend, buy as a gift, and look into buying other Mudpuppy products.

Kids use this to practice states & capitals and to identify where their state quarters are from.I appreciate the state-shaped pieces especially.

This is a 70 piece puzzle that encourages conversation about all the different states. I use this puzzle with my 94 yr old mother and although I put the pieces together, we spent quality time doing it and talking about all our friends and relatives in different states. The pieces are colorful and easy to manage

This is part of a range of jigsaws from Mudpuppy.We have The Europe, USA and Endangered Species Map, at the moment.The children like all the ones we have. Europe/USA have information on the back of some pieces. Europe- Names of countires in Other Languages. USA - the state nicknames. Sadly no info on back of endangerd Species.Europe/USA has lots of shaped pieces. Davvero meglio delle mie aspettative, puzzle ben fatto!! Bellissimi colori, ogni stato corrisponde ad un pezzo del puzzle e dietro, oltre al nome, è indicato il motto dello stato. I miei bambini si sono divertiti e così stanno anche imparando la geografia dei meravigliosi Stati Uniti d'America!!!
