Took about 30 minutes total all you need is a hairdryer get the corner nice and hot and then use their picking tools to get the glass pieces out scrape all the old adhesive off gently but thoroughly, Drop in new lens get it nice and hot again and press down firmly with your thumb use their rag, clean up the surfaces and you’re done. I would buy a air can if I was doing it again because a little piece of dust was left on the lens of the camera and now you can see it when you turn the camera on, a little dark spot.

If you know what you are doing this is a good solution.The lens is plastic and not glass but the quality is mot bad

Excellent replacement for the iPhone XR camera glass. The adhesion is sticky and won't come apart once installed. The tools are cheap plastic and a little hard to use, but they do the trick. I would recommend buying a separate (higher grade) X-acto knife and a small metal pick to breakup any shards you cant get with the tweezers.

The product came with everything I needed, as well as clear instructions. For a few dollars I saved having to buy a new iPhone. I used this to replace the lens cover, and bought a solid case to cover up the cracks in the back glass. Fortunately there was no damage to the front screen. The camera works perfectly, the phone looks good.

The actual effort to replace was a bit difficult but eventually Was complete took about 45 minutes to an hour.After about two weeks was broken once again, and I noticed the glass was a thin cheaper glass. Now they replacement glasses broke about another month later I think I'm gonna just go get it professionally repaired because my camera is now damaged because of the glass so it's up to you if you will choose this product that's all I can say

Tools were helpful and the glass fit in nicely. Real question is how long it will last, hopefully one and done. But we will see, so far super happy with it camera is all clean and clear.

Purchased this for an iPhone XR. It does not fit. The instructions clearly state it is for iPhone 11, 12, or 13 models. Have to return and phone is not repaired. Chose another option.

Even though the phone I have is the same model as described in the product description, the provided lenses do not match the phone's original lenses in size and diameter. The thickness of the lenses is significantly thinner, and they appear more like lens protectors than replacement lenses.
