This tool is simple to use. When I get home from a 12 hour shift, I take a couple minutes to work out the painful areas of my legs and my lower back. The rollers provide a little massage and helps release the fluid trapped in my lower calf near my ankle. I elevate my legs after work and don’t wake up with as much edema. I think using this in combination with diet changes to address insulin resistance and the use of compression socks can improve some edema issues. I like how you can control how much downforce pressure to apply while rolling. It does hurt a little if I roll over areas that don’t have tight muscles. My experience is that sore muscles actually feel better when I apply pressure. I guess it really depends on your sensitivity. Overall, I like how simple this tool is to use. It effective, doesn’t require a power source and is stylish. It is nice to have another way to achieve pain relief other than resorting to Aleve/Tylenol, muscle pain relief creams, heating pads and ice packs.

This is a great product for releasing muscle knot. As a body builder , i often get muscle knot in my back and this product has me release them, even the ones in a tight area . Highly recommended.

Shin splints were getting in the way of performing her best in my daughter's track meets. This was helpful to work out the strain between events and fit nicely in her duffel.

Bought this for my daughter who had tight hamstrings. On the recommendation of my trainer I bought this. She loves it. Works great. Just ordered one for myself for tight hamstrings and a tight t band from a stiffness in my knee after total knee replacement.
