I've had my shoulder operated on twice in several years from a fall I had. I was having much trouble with it after taking a couple falls at home. The surgeon said he'd rather try therapy for a while and at least strengthen it for surgery if needed.These worked for me at home as extra therapy in between sessions.It fit on my door top and the lenght was easily adjustable. The handles were smooth and easy to use and they worked smoothly in the pulley.My should did get better. I worked through the pain. So surgery can wait for a later date!!

I echo the other 5 star reviews. My post shoulder surgery therapist recommended a door pulley system and I somewhat randomly selected this one from the many listed on Amazon. It works perfectly for my needs. A well made product delivered quickly at a reasonable (pre-tariff...) price. Excellent purchase.

It would have been a good buy, but she is really short and need the kind that hooked on the top of the door. This was returned. We were able to find what she needed
